The Frame Workshop — Attraction in Appleton

Our family just moved to the area and we love it! Me and my hubby finally got a chance to venture to the frame shop, because we have a piece that we wanted to get done. We were having a good day so I guess we did not see the hand sanitizer station to put it on and the lady with the short black hair and glasses came up to us with the bottle demanding us to put some on. First of all you deal with customers have a little tack in how you present yourself. So we continued to look at frames and I'm trying not to let this obtuse woman ruin my good vibes, but she did her condescending selections were ugly and she did not listen to a word me and my husband wanted and we were getting very annoyed since we were highly agitated she took that as if we were worried about cost and she boldly stated that "if we wanted something cheaper" she pointed to yet again some ugly selections. I boldly told her the cost is not the problem but the selections and we was about to walk out, until the lovely lady with the blonde hair and glasses stepped in and gave us a great selection for our painting. If it wasn't for her quick graceful step in to save her god awful co worker, we would have walked out. When I come in to pick up my art piece I will not engage with this particular employee. If you are a person who is socially awkward, analytical mindset, stubborn, set in your ways, know it all or very judgmental you should not work in...

I stopped in today to pick up a few German smokers for Christmas gifts. My wife had stopped in saw a few that we wanted to add to her collection. We have been to Germany and bought from the home land.

I drove over today and stopped in to pick up the items. I entered the store read the mask optional sign, as was happy. Looked around the store for a few minutes. I had not "touched" amy product. A gentelman approached me and asked if I had used the sanitizer station? I said no, I didn't. He told me to use the station, then I could shop and touch all the items. I did not want to touch anything, just point and buy....

He told me if I didn't use the station I could not shop there. (I was unaware that this was a magic station, and would allow me to "toch" items. I explained that I woulld just shop somewhere else. His reply was " We are the ONLY place in the State with these, good luck"...

I just ordered the same 5 smokers from online retailer and they will be here next day. Poor service, lost not only this sale, but will never try to support them in the future....

They may be the "Only place in the State" with that line, but online knows no...

A man with gray hair driving a car with The Frame Workshop on the side was VERY rude to me this morning (3/21). He did not give me space to merge (I was going at least the speed limit) then proceeded to flash his brights continuously and flip me off and stare me down as he exited the highway (441 exited at 47).
