Worst Customer Service Ever! Imagine being a family of four straight into Summer vacation and wanting to try this cool new movie theater as a treat for the kids all to be treated with such disrespect by the staff. Why? Because I made a mention that their popcorn was cold and stale. They had prefilled bags on display with no heat lamp. When I told the young girl that the popcorn was cold and stale she said “Well, you already touched it…it’s yours.” She swiftly turned her back to me and proceeded to ignore my request for a fresh bag. When I caught her attention again, she said again that since I touched it there was nothing she could do. Her tone and facial disgust towards me was incomprehensible. When my sister asked for the manager she proceeded to tell me she was the manager but then quickly back tracked when we asked for the owner’s information. A young man came to try to diffuse the situation by sticking up for the rude customer service. No apology. The kicker was that he told us that they are trained to be that way to the customers when they complain of cold popcorn. We were about to spend almost 40$ and their was no want or drive for the “manager” to rectify the situation. What a horrible experience. I can’t believe this is what customer service has turned into being. Guess that’s what you get when you have kids with poor attitudes running a business. We demanded a full refund on our tickets and headed straight to Cinemark. We will not be patronizing this...

Bad customer service. Called the theater 2 times no answer. Had to dive back because my partner had left his wallet. Upon arrival we ask the girl at the front if they had found a wallet when cleaning after the showing we had just attended she said they hadn’t. We knew it was there and she insisted we were absolutely not allowed to go look ourselves and had to wait until 10-11 p.m. to look. Mind you we do not live in the area. She went and looked herself and said it wasn’t there and so we had to wait. I had to buy ANOTHER ticket to the movie i had ALREADY seen and go look myself. As soon as i flashed my flash light the wallet was in the seat. This is unacceptable do better please. The rude demeanor...

By far the coolest theater we’ve ever been too.1/2 the ticket & snack cost compared to other theaters. They have very clean restrooms, auditorium, and theater. Their seats are so comfortable and spacious and they come with more than one cup holder! Also, they have a wide selection of alcohol and snacks, so it’s a win, win for both little and big kids. I'm glad we tried this place out instead of driving all the way into Corpus. This establishment is a gem in Aransas Pass.
