⭐ 1 star: Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a karaoke place

I rarely leave bad reviews, but this experience was something else.

From the moment we walked in, the staff member at the front desk (short hair chubby girl, I didn’t catch her name) had the most dismissive, rude attitude I’ve ever encountered in hospitality. No greeting, no smile, just an annoyed glare like we were interrupting her day.

We asked a simple question about pricing and room sizes, and she sighed loudly, rolled her eyes, and muttered, “It’s literally on the board.” Okay. We brushed it off and decided to stay anyway because we were excited to sing.

Big mistake.

She walked us to our room without saying a word, threw the remote on the table, and said, “Just don’t break anything.” Then stormed out. Excuse me?! We were a group of respectful adults there to celebrate a birthday, not teenagers trying to trash a place.

We tried to ask her for help when the machine glitched, and she straight-up ignored us. No apology, no solution, just a cold, “It’s working fine,” and walked away while we were mid-sentence.

By the end of the night, the mood was completely soured. What was supposed to be a fun night out turned into a stressful experience , all because of one staff member’s complete lack of professionalism and courtesy.

Honestly, if you’re running a karaoke business, maybe don’t put someone with zero people skills and a chip on their shoulder at the front of house. We won’t be...

Worst karaoke place we’ve ever been to. TERRIBLE service and THE RUDEST front desk who can’t do math.

Made a reservation for 11:20pm (specifically it was the staff who said, 11:20pm, not us). Explained to us that there will be a 10 minute grace period, meaning, as long as we arrive at 11:30, it’ll be fine. One of their staffs called us at 11:04pm asking if we still plan to come, to which we confirmed that we were already on our way.

Arrive at their parking lot at 11:29pm, and realized that they canceled our reservation a minute ago at 11:28pm. Called again asking about the cancellation, and they said the reservation time was based off the time we called, which made absolutely no sense. If you would like proof, it will be your responsibility to go back to your security cameras, bring up the video footage of the call that was made at 10:47pm, and HEAR FOR YOURSELF THAT IT WAS YOUR STAFF WHO MADE THE 11:20PM RESERVATION.

If you go during happy hour, its easily one of the best bang for your buck at $12 per person on the weekday + a free drink of your choice. Food taste decent, but of course is a bit pricey for the size. You're basically paying double the price for the the quantity, but that's partly business, so I won't complain too much on that.

My biggest gripe is that the song selection isn't really the best. You got quite a few popular songs missing and sometimes the song itself is in a different language. Another thing is that for some reason they basically won't let you add on alcohol for the happy hour special, which I am unsure of why.
