I had high hopes for a “grocery outlet.” Boy was I wrong. Firstly, the store layout is interesting. There’s a lot to look at and some items don’t have prices. Secondly, the cereal aisle was bare. The cereal they had was all sugar. No healthy cereals at all besides one box of granola that didn’t even belong there. Thirdly, the prices were so so wrong. A 16.3 oz box of Frosted Flakes was priced at $2.99, but the boxes on the shelf were 16.8 oz (family size). At the register, that cereal came up as $3.99! That’s a good deal?? Seriously? That’s about the same as Albertson’s or Stater Bros. Fourthly, the attitude the cashier gave me was so rude. I showed her the picture I took of the cereal that was first of all labeled incorrectly and secondly falsely advertised. Her tone of voice was rude and she did not need to speak to me that way. I was just stating that there’s a discrepancy. Lastly, don’t get me started on the milk. I don’t have my Aldi receipt to compare, but I know for a fact a half gallon of milk at Aldi has never been over $2.19. Why the heck is a half gallon of milk $2.99?? I bought a half gal of whole milk because it was the same price as the 2%. Looking at my picture for reference, a half gallon of milk at El Super in Baldwin park is even cheaper than the “outlet.” Very dissatisfied with my visit today. “You saved $19 today!” is the last thing I’ll ever hear in one of these stores.

Small store, but carries the essentials at a better price than Albertson's up the street. Good for bags of chips (best price for doritos party size or large bags). Cereal is cheap here too, but limited selection especially if you shop outside the Kelloggs brand like Kashi and the like. Paper towels and toilet paper is priced well for the good brands like Charmin or Bounty.

Violation of Privacy: This Grocery Outlet deserves a Zero (first of all it's like a ghost town with one cashier, they don't have appropriate coverage)No sooner did i walk in trying to find a way through when the cashier tells me that i would have to take my scooter outside AND that i would have to leave my backpack with her. LOL NOT in this LIFETIME!!! They can KEEP their groceries...So they want me to hand over my backpack (with all my personal belongings) to a complete stranger i just met and trust them with it? Next i should go through my backpack, get everything i don't trust them with, put those things in a bag and then go in and shop?? It's the stupidity of the whole thing that's insulting, they profiled me. Im suppose to think that's normal, that it's Ok. Of course not! That is poor, horrible treatment of ANY customer. I will never shop at a Grocery Outlet ever again, id rather continue giving my business to Walmart ((or any other market for that matter)) that lets me shop with my scooter and in peace,...

I've been to many market's but this one here is over priced for not having the usual choice's all other market's have! The people who work there treated me like I was from outer space or something,.. I know Stitch is pretty famous right now but C'mon now! I asked for a market basket like all market's have in the front, and that's all they told me " They're in the front",.. well I had just come from there and they're all chained up,.. I needed to get 2 big bags of ice and drinks and the worker hands me a little Red hand carry basket,... And I'm supposed to do what with that!????? Funny but not so funny,.. also rude af!!!! Now I Know why there's not that many shopper's there! If you don't believe me try it for yourself,.. at check out I had to go look for a cart outside to carry the ice and stuff to my car!!!! Not good...
