Mt. Baker is one of my favorite ski spots in Washington—I've been coming here for years. It’s a smaller resort, but that means fewer crowds and rarely any lift lines. The terrain is especially great for advanced skiers, though there’s something for all levels. It also gets a ton of snow, making it perfect for powder lovers. The views from the top are breathtaking, and the lodge food is solid. Chains are usually required in winter, so come prepared.
