Please do not shop at this location, I had went in there with my husband to shop for my groceries and when I went to pay I chose to pay in the self check out. When it was time to pay I inserted my card and out of nowhere the machine turned off and when I checked my account. They had taken my money and when I ask the girl at the front if she could tell me what happend she had no idea so, I asked to speak to the manager and she called him, his name is DENNIS first he did not speak a word of English so I asked him in Spanish what had happen, he came up to me so aggressive and very rude and said you need to contact your bank because on our end it does not show we took your money. So go on your way and pay again! Screaming in front of all customers and saying to me and my husband to either pay again or leave the store, Ashley was another rude manager that was present and no one could tell me why it took my money and they did not see the transaction on their end. I asked Ashley for corporates number and she said google it if you want it. What kind of a manager talks to their customers that way!! I feel incredibly disrespected and very disappointed with the kind of managers that this location has. Please speak to you r management people and train them to treat customers with respect and loyalty. If El Rancho did not have customers their will not be any managers!! Please help by giving me corporates number or email because this is not acceptable and I will not let this go wirh out a proper apology for taking my money and not giving me my groceries....
Read moreI give the customer service FAT ZERO. Non speaking English employees can't comprehend what i was asking for. And when I called to speak to a SO called MANAGER she refused to give her name & said if i had a complaint i had to go in & talk to her. Nope i will save my gas. 😂. But it's ok your employee that answered phone gave me that LUCIA. Reasons people ask for names not to stalk you . Because by far i will never reach out to you again and have taken it up with corporate. Thank you very much. I will make sure they know the customer service you( Not professional) & employees give paying customers in your store. And FYI BEWARE if you purchase cheap seasoned meat in the meat market it is OLD . That is the reason why it's seasoned to sell it faster. Those shopper's do not know better. But believe me i do. And hot bar worse come back. So many changes are worse now. Here moving forward i will only support & spend my hard working money on buissness's that deserve it. And frankly EL Rancho is off my list. Plus you are located in the heart of the hood. FYI to Lucia the manager you may need to be retrained to be professional and courteous to paying customers. Nobody wants your ignorant name . As we're standing in line the lady in front of me lets me go and I thank her over and over again. As its my turn to pay, I tell the cashier this is mine (the items im holding) the lady that let me pass had already placed her items down so there wasn't really any room for mine. The cashier looked at me as if I was stupid!! And goes literally word for word.. "ummm why didn't you get a cart , next time get a cart" I looked at her and said..
