Puff World Smoke Shop — Attraction in Arlington

Bought a gummy bear Orion from here and the next day my vape was hitting on its own then not hitting whatsoever . I’ve had the same problem with the same vape at a different store , might just be a defective new batch people are getting. At least King pod smoke shop would switch out the vape for me, I even offered video proof of what was going on but the guy said “there’s usually no problems with the vape unless it’s the same day so I don’t know what to tell you”. Which isn’t true at all, anytime I’ve had a defective vape it happened the next day very rarely the same day. Apparently women are just stupid to him though . Can’t afford a new vape now I’m stuck with my bad decision of choosing this store over king pod smoke shop :) . I got a reward for 50% off a store purchase from their reward system. Today was the last day to use it, and I type in my number, the reward pops up on the screen with a timer that says 8 hours left, and the girl at the register told me I cannot use it. First she said that it was a reward for 4/20, but i explained that it shows it expires 4/22 (in 8 hours), then she said it only applies to glass purchases, even though the reward said “a store purchase”. Nowhere did the coupon say this only applied to glass products. Good customer service would have allowed me to use the coupon, but she refused. I would say this is false advertisement and I will just start going to 3D smoke shop instead. Very disappointed as I drove specifically to this place to use...

If I could leave 0 stars I would! Purchased a Funky Republic Watermelon Ice vape from this shop that was not pulling or had flavor. Took it back to have it replaced (which every shop I've EVER been has replaced because they understand the product is sometimes defective) and this place was only willing to give me 10% off of purchasing a new one! Why? So that product can be defective too and I have to spend MORE money! DONT GO HERE! Take your buisness where they will stand behind their product and do...
