My husband and I have enjoyed going to Prince Lebanese for the past 10 years. Good food, and good service, until Friday Jul 28th. We drove from Greenville which is an hour away just to leave hungry, annoyed and upset. Friday I got the brilliant idea to have dinner at Prince Lebanese knowing the distance but worth it for the food. With us was my 18 month old son who has allergies to sesame seed (main ingredient in tahini), all citrus and a few others. So I knew he could not eat from the menu. So we bought he a happymeal from McDonald's so we could all enjoy our meals. Upon arrival my husband was already experiencing a hungry headache. We asked if we could sit (what I will call the extended dinning area) as we got situated a girl whose name I don't know as she never introduced herself said we can't bring in outside food. I replied by saying the ingredients in the food here he is allergic to so I brought him something he could have. She said hold on, left and came back and said that the manager said there is chicken and fries on the menu. I sighed and said fine. Put an order in for fries and she left. She then came back and offered to throw out the happy meal. (This was just RUDE!) I paused and turned to my husband and said put it in the car. As she left I said it's not worth it. If someone has lemon their hands and touches the plate this becomes a 911 call and an emergency room situation. We got up to leave and the same girl (at this point she is a parrot for the manager) who never came to speak to us. Ran after us to say we have to pay for fries even though they we never delivered to the table. My husband gave his card and waited. Then again the girl come back and says would you like your order to go? We did not drive a hour in traffic to get an "to go order". He said no. Then she said that the manager said we can have the fries for free, my husband declined. Girl looked baffled and we left. I understand that every establishment has rules, however it needs to be on a case by case basis especially when their is an allergy to ingredients in the food served and a child involved. This should and could have been handled differently. This experience and lack of customer service has resulted in us never returning after 10 years.

This post will most likely he deleted but someone will read it first, perhaps the...

You know, I know that sometimes young teen age girls waiting tables in this restaurant and they things can get goofy, they like to talk and easily distracted BUT....... I love this place and we get a lot this weekend we were both not feeling well ourselves so I called an order in AGAIN. LAST TIME WASN'T Completely without issues. When I called 30 minutes ago and if I could have found elsewhere I would not be getting theirs today. I had to place order 4 times before I got so upset because I finally had to say, Is there something funny or do I need to tell you again or do I need to tell you again or. Can I speak with someone else to take my order. Then she got a very bad attitude and then she says that she couldn't put anything on the side and I asked for a small Za-tar dressing which the menu said comes on a Mezza plate and so she said the order over again and again it was not correct and I told her again what the order was and so I finally called husband to make sure he went through the order. He got there for the pick up and guess what.? It was not CORRECT so he had to have it remade. There was nothing in the sack except pita bread and meat no sauces no vegetables no nothing. So back it goes. I believe I will return to the grill in south arlington. It's not good to eat somewhere else. Café Medi in hurst because this place makes my BP shoot up. Who can enjoy a meal with high blood pressure soaring and the idea that maybe something could have been done to food before he picked it up SURE IS A VERY BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. THIS place has good reviews included myself BUT. They really don't have bad food. It's normally so good and I have a big love of this food but....... I will post the actual meal when...

Food is great, but if they mess up your order you are out of luck and won't get your money back!

My family, my extended family, and my company eat here often (sometimes have food catered). My last experience (last week), however, was terrible. It was $94 takeout order that was very wrong... 1) missing a whole side order of Pita, 2) missing the pita that was supposed to come with the Hummus trio, 3) missing the three greek salads that were supposed to come with our three entrees, and 4) the employee checking us out tried to upcharge us for combo meat that we had ALREADY PAID FOR, but then said they would just give it to us for no charge (again, we had already paid and the receipt proved it). The takeout bags were all tied so we didn't check the order until we got home (30 minutes away). When we called with our issues, we were told all that they could do was give us the missing items (tons of pita (but no additional hummus) and side greek salads) on a different day when we could come pick it up... when we said this didn't make sense because we couldn't come back any time soon and it wouldn't make sense to just go pick up a bunch of random food, after 10 minutes on hold we were told "sorry, that's all we can do, especially because we didn't charge you for the meat". We called the next day to talk to an actual manager and were apologized to, and were told they would notify the owner and we would get a call back. It's been a week now and haven't heard anything back. We paid for food we did not get and the customer...

REVIEWING EVERY FORMER SONIC 🥙 This former Sonic in Arlington has been home to @PrinceLebanesegrill since 2007, a legendary family-run spot serving falafel, shawarma, and Texas-sized hospitality since 1989. Founded by Francis Kobty, Prince became a local favorite and even earned a spot on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. Francis passed away in 2021, but his spirit lives on in the incredible hospitality and impeccable food his family continues to serve ❤️ 👀 ‘till the end for our rating! Here’s what we ordered: Chicken Shawarma Plate — $9.99 2 pc Lamb Chops — $15.98 Fried Cauliflower — $7.99 Side of Spicy Hummus — $4.25 Cinnamon Tea — $3.49 Baklava — $3.49 📍Prince Lebanese Grill 502 W Randol Mill Rd, Arlington, TX 76011 🎥 Gregory Castillo / Axios Follow @axiosdallas for more hidden gems — including your favorite former drive-ins. DFW Restaurant Review: PRINCE LEBANESE GRILL 🧆👑 What I Ordered: Mazza Plate Appetizer, Spicy Chicken Shawarma w/ Spicy Hummus, Prince Lebanese Special 🥗🍗 My Honest Opinion: Google don’t lie. This place has almost 3k reviews which is rare for DFW, was on a guy fieri’s show, and is busy all the time. Lebanese food is new to me so I really enjoyed this meal. Large portions at a good price, not too greasy or salty, and the food is not burdensome on my palatte. Food is not super outstanding but its good because of the different points I mentioned. Near UTA so go give it a try 🐰✨🪩🤍 #Dfw #thingstododallas #thingstodofortworth #thingstododfw #dallasfortworth #dfweats #dfwfoodie #texas #dfwcoffee #dallascoffeeshop #dfwsmallbusiness #cafehopping #foodreview #lebanesefood #mediterraneanfood #holeinthewall

Realized it had been a hot minute since I got my Prince Lebanese Grill fix - last time was back in September with their awesome Chicken Shawarma Tacos 🌮 We dined in the restaurant this round and had pretty much one of everything on the menu. It was ALL SO GOOD. We started with their house spiced iced tea 🫖 Followed with the Fried Cauliflower and Hummus Trio. Then for the main, got the Gyro plate & Spicy Chicken Shawarma. We were so full and satisfied but you can’t not get Baklava and Turkish Coffee to end the experience, so we went for it and were not disappointed! 🫶🏼✨💖 Everything is house-made and flavorful - a testament to why Prince is considered an Arlington foodie staple. If you haven’t been - then you can’t claim to be an Arlingtonian - 💩 just kiddinggggg! No but really - make plans to visit and support our local businesses in town! You won’t regret it 🥳✨🥰 #arlingtontx #arlingtontxfoodies #dfwfoodie #dfwblogger #arlingtontexas #dfw #supportlocalrestaurants #visitarlingtontx
