THIS REVIEW IS STRICTLY FOR BATH AND BODY WORKS
I wanted to go to the Semi annual sale early this morning (store opens at 10) I got there at exactly 10 am and parked my car. I went to Charlotte Russe first for about 10 mins then walked to Bath and Body Works. I walked in and immediately was ambushed by an employee possibly the manager? Not sure if it was or not but he ran and said “OH NO YOU HAVE TO WAIT OUTSIDE WE ARENT OPEN YET”
So I said “Okay the doors weren’t locked I didn’t know you weren’t open... so when can I come back?
He said give him 10-15 mins. Not the end of the world. I did go wait, and when I came back I DID have a pleasant experience but that really was mostly on the other employees behalf.
He didn’t say please when he asked me to leave, he didn’t say thank you when I agreed to go wait. I was kind of surprised by the behavior of someone who is supposed to have basic manors, and basic customer service skills. I mean come on I drive here to spend my money and I don’t expect much in return but I don’t want to be treated badly either.
I do suffer with very severe anxiety, and PTSD along with a few other mental health issues and I felt like he was being rude the way he was speaking to me in a certain tone and another person heard and said the same thing. I think he needs to practice customer service skills, and also remember not everyone is comfortable with someone raising their voice at them. I also didn’t appreciate getting kicked out of a store back into the cold and getting told for me to go outside during business hours. I just hope he can be more mindful of how he treats others next time. His attitude was seemed slightly improved...
Read moreIt's an OK outlet. Lots of empty stores, waiting to be leased. The major stores are here (Nike, Banana, Gap, Ralph Lauren, Columbia, Skechers, Puma, etc) and surprisingly a Pottery Barn outlet which has a VERY GOOD selection of smaller home items, though they do have gigantic tables and chairs too. The restrooms are very clean. All in all... if I had to compare... slightly better than Gilroy in terms of shade and ambiance (though Gilroy has more stores), but not as good as Camarillo (one of the best in SoCal) or Desert Hills (another good one if you are heading out to Palm Springs). I believe this outlet was built maybe in 2017 or 2018, so it's fairly new. ADA accessible, very handicap friendly.
The worst part of this outlet is the food court which has been closed forever.... I think they are struggling to get food tenants in the court. Luckily, there are plenty of other food choices right outside the outlet like The Habit, In N Out, Black Bear Diner, etc.
Dog friendly: dog grass or potty area mini park between aeropostale and h&m, just walk straight out and on the left side in the middle of the parking lot you will see the dog relief area...
Read moreI can’t thank Tejon outlets Guest Services department enough! Their Lost and Found department is amazing. My family and I were passing through on our way back home up north from a cruise. School would be starting for our children within 2 days, so we decided to let the kids go pick out some new shoes for school. My 6 year old was super excited and picked out his favorite 2 pairs. However, as we were rushing to get back on the road, I accidentally left the bag in the restroom. I didn’t realize this until we made it all the way back home. My son was so upset. I contacted Guest Services, as a long shot. Already accepting they would be gone. After describing the items in detail, Demitrius, informed me that someone did turn them in. He provided me with his email address and asked that I email him a shipping label. I emailed him a shipping label and he immediately informed me he boxed it up and had it picked up to ship out. He even provided a picture as proof. The shoes came the very next day, WITH a nice note congratulating our son on becoming a First grader. He was all smiles. Thank you Demitrius! You...
