I am a foodie and I drive trucks Everywhere.One day I decided to stop at chipotle because usually you can’t go wrong eating at chipotle. Well this time it went wrong. The Customer service was great of course but the rice was very undercooked I was crunching on rice the whole time. I didn’t notice this until I got back to my truck at the truck stop, and decided to give them a call and let them know that the rice was undercooked. They offered me a refund or said they could remake it for me, but I was already at my truck and leaving so I gave them my name and told them next time I’m down there they could just make me another one…. fast forward three days, I call and let them know who I am and gave them My nam… the general apprentice manager lady was very rude and said that there’s nothing she can do because it’s been three days and I should have called the day of . I said ma’am I told you I call the day of and I just told you what I told your coworkers. she said well unfortunately they didn’t leave your name here.. ( I’m not about to beg this lady) I said OK no worries. I just wanted to see if you guys would actually uphold what you said to me but it seems that you’re not doing that so thank you very much and she replied Yaa, sorry… Have a good day.
Overall… that right there from a general manager is very very horrible customer service to basically think that I’m lying Or that I would call just to get free Food is crazy!! I wish there was someone else I could complain to but I don’t think there is , so I’m just going to complain on a review. Read moreI am shocked and amazed at this chipotle . Let me get to the shocking story first . There’s this young kid who took my order when I entered and then my husband was going to order for himself and my kid . I asked for a kids quesadilla which comes with 3 sides a drink and chips . He started arguing with me called the Manager. The manager ,this lady who was worse than the person arguing , started laughing and trying to prove me wrong said apparently it was on their chart to only give one 2 sides which only has rice and beans (which is a completely lie ) because I have been getting this for my kid for the past few years . They were all laughing while there were other customers right there and when I went to the app to show them what I was telling them was correct they said that’s extra . I clearly put everything in the cart on the chipotle app and showed the manager . She was just rude and do you want it or not ! Either way when I asked for the bowl which he first made , the boy said that he didn’t make it at all and apparently I didn’t order it . I asked them to check their cameras . They said they will make another bowl , where this boy just single dumped the stuff with anger and just slid it across . My kids bowl did it even come with chips or anything .They were out of most things and the trash was overflowing 3 of them and was smelling .Also saying I do not know how this even exists . I have been a loyal chipotle customer for over 12 years . It is absolutely shocking !! Change your manager and employees .or else no one will turn up at this location . Read moreJust got a burrito bowl. Love the spicey taste. There were 20 plus people ahead of me and then 25 behind me. I watched all the folks file by the buffet line. There were 4 people working to make the food and take the money. It got me wondering how healthy is this place with the food open behind the plastic/glass and so many people walking by? Next the cashier was taking money, handling cash and bank cards, handling open food containers, getting drinks out of the frig, running a food warming device then they went and made a cell phone call and came back and just started working. Keep in mind this place was screaming busy but shouldn't they have to wash hands or have one person who only takes cash? Then as my order was being made I got to the counter and the person adding the lettuce etc had some kind of congestion thing going on. Their voice was scratchy and sounded sick and or congested. They had gloves on so I felt a little better. I did not ask the person if they were sick because at the time I did not want to make a scene but next time I will. With the above items I rated just good. I am going to watch the help at Chipolte and see how my food is handled from now on. Especially in the cold season. I love the food just wish they were more like other restaurants where the food is handled by a few cooks and then delivered to me without so many people going by the open food containers.
