Chlorophyll — Attraction in Asheville

Update! Through this review we were able to find a resolution to the plant. I plan on returning to buy another plant! I had a great experience shopping for a plant here. I bought 3, of the 3 one of them wasn’t doing well about a month or so after so I attempted many times to contact them because they advertised while I was shopping that if I needed help caring for the plant to call and they would do their best to help. After many attempts, phone calls, instagram messages I wasn’t able to reach them. Unfortunately, after a few weeks the plant did end up dying. I would say 5 stars but they fell short of the communication afterwards. I understand that the variables that caused the plant to die were on me and I tried my best, I have many plants but this one...

We stopped by today and they had a sign on the door that they were closed due to weather. Which was completely understandable because a TON of businesses were also closed. Before we got into the car to leave my partner saw them unloading merchandise into their storage and went over to ask some questions. We were looking for a pretty rare plant. These amazing people allowed me to come in, even though they were closed, and worked to accommodate us anyway! They have an AMAZING selection and are incredibly knowledgeable. Definitely...

Finally made it to Chlorophyll and cannot speak highly enough of the experience! Jamie and Lee were so knowledgeable and helpful when it came to selecting the plants that we were looking for and giving us information on at home care — Which is hugely important to me because I have a tendency to kill plants on accident 😅. So relieved to know that we have the experts at chlorophyll as a resource, And we will absolutely be back...
