As a local, this to me has the most consistent flow of top notch artists of the area in an environment that welcomes everyone, and has higher vibes than most. Love this venue/brewery. I just finally started going there after living here for years. Cant believe i didnt go sooner. Been going every week for about 3 months now. Its been a welcomed change from dingy venues that dont have community feels. The staff are always kind, the lighting and space is great for dancing and if you're a šŸ“ø lover. The residency artists every week are amazing and play all over the city in other projects. They have something happening every day of the week. Plus they have free parking in the back. Huge bonus. Mashup Mondays are big nights and super enjoyable (in the photo), Tuesdays are down home with a sweet Grateful Dead cover band, Wednesdays have Latin Dance lessons and music, Phish cover band is Thursdays, Sunday is reggae alllll day and night, then Fridays and Saturdays are rotating other amazing artists locally or touring regionally. Oh yeah, and they have really good beer that isn't outrageously priced along with a nice list of alcohol free healthy...

I went recently for the first time. I ordered a "mergarita" it was under the nonalcoholic side of the board. I don't know what it's supposed to taste like, i dont drink a lot of margaritas or fake ones. I got half way through it before I got the alcohol vibe. I took the drink back and asked the bar tender if it had alcohol in it. He said " alot". I left the drink. I did not want to drink anymore, that can be confirmed by the person I was with. That sort of freaked me out. I was already trying to make sure to spend sometime not drinking before driving. I walked my friend out and came back in and asked for a diet coke and they told me I was cut off??? I hadn't even finished the drink they gave me cause there was booze in it. I had not drank a lot prior so I wasn't drunk or even tipsy. I was however wanting to drink NONALCOHOLIC beverages at a place with music. If you want a no booze good time, don't go there or they may accidentally serve It to you. CHANGE THE NAMES OF...

Went to a show tonight that some friends were playing. The booze selection was pretty weak, but I rolled with it. I had a pretty decent time, and there was a kinda-heated patio. Good sound, artwork on the walls, weak bathrooms but nobody goes to a show for the toilets.

I am leaving 3 stars because, around 1:40, I went to the bar to close my tab. My bartender was standing less than 2 feet away, facing me, tapping things on the tablet. I stood there for a full 2 minutes before deciding this person must be busy, and walked away for about five minutes. When I came back and asked to close out, I was told all tabs had just been closed with a 20% tip, "Because there was no way of telling if I was still there." I'm assuming the tab got closed while I was standing there trying to pay it.

I was going to tip more than 20%, in cash, but my tab was instead closed out for me before the event had even concluded. As a result, I will be avoiding this venue...

One World was the perfect venue for us to hold our Tribute Show. The staff could not have been any more accommodating and kind. This venue is big, but the layout made it feel intimate. The bar and seating areas were perfect and allowed people to see the stage while relaxing and listening to the music. We were able to bring in our own food which made holding our event here so reasonable. We loved the deck area that opened out from the stage allowing people to still hear the music from outside. A real great addition to the venue. Wish we could give more than 5 stars. Loved One World, and would highly recommend holding an event here.

A great local vibe. Great sound system. I’ve performed here for the Dogwood Alliance annual fundraiser and my son’s band, with the Asheville music school, has played here on a couple of occasions, and the venue is always warm and welcoming. His band draw a big crowd, so it gets a little crowded inside, but there seems to always be a little place to sit or stand that’s out of the way, and the bartenders have smiles and are quick to serve. Also, the sound is excellent for such a small area. And don’t neglect the outside area! It’s surprisingly large out there.

First impression: It's a brewery. But they decided to serve booze, so you gotta be a member because NC ABC laws. Dumb. Only a penny membership, but you gotta sign in on an iPad. So do your guests. Every. Time. Basically, it's a hassle to get in the door (supposedly, you just need to put your phone number in upon arrival from then on). Beer may be good, but so are a lot of other breweries in AVL that don't require personal info to access. Also, it's the only $7 pint I've ever bought in town. Bonus: they already have my music playlist on. Enjoy!
