We took both of our Porsches in for oil changes which takes an extraordinarily long time, nearly an all day affair. We requested a loaner when we scheduled service, but when we arrived we were advised there were none. After complaining, the service manager did manage to find one for us and he was very attentive. After we killed some time we decided to park outside and watch for our vehicles. The garage door opened and out came my husband's brand new 911. We attempted to follow the mechanic as he took a "test" drive, but the guy took off like he believed he was an experienced racecar driver. We clocked him going over 100 miles an hour, and in no time, he was out of sight. We returned to the dealership to explain and complain about what we witnessed. "We'll have a talk with the fellow", is all we got. A few days later, my husband spoke on the phone with someone from the dealership survey area, but as far as we know nothing has been done. I'm sure in this day and age it is difficult to find good help, and I doubt if the inconsiderate driver received any type of warning. As my husband posed to the man on the phone, "How would you feel if you witnessed a mechanic driving your new Porsche like that?" Needless to say, we are not thrilled with this type...
Read moreHad our Audi Q7 repaired and serviced here. Communication was poor with our service advisor repeatedly ignoring our calls to inquire about the status and estimated time of completion. When we got the car back we immediately turned around because a warning light was illuminated, and a few days later we had to go back yet again because the OBDII port hadn’t been put back properly and was hanging down with a bunch of cables next to the brake pedal. Showed up on a Saturday and the lights were off at Audi and there was only one service advisor taking care of customers at VW and Audi. He fixed the wiring as best he could himself because I refused to wait 3 hours on a mechanic for something that should have been taken care of properly the first time around. There were several other customers waiting, wondering what’s going on commenting that other Audi dealerships are run very differently. I can say that I went to BMW recently and the atmosphere there is very different also. When you purchase a $70,000 car you...
Read moreWe had an appointment today 07/03/2024 at Asheville porsche. We were met by a young man who introduced himself as Noah, he was polite and said he would pull the car around for us to test drive. He asked for my keys for my car to have it appraised while myself and my daughter test drove the car and my wife said she would stay behind. As soon as we left he took off with another customer and left my wife standing outside in the 90+ degree heat! She did not know where he was, when we got back he came up and said he got pulled over by the police for not having a tag. Never once said anything to my wife before he left. Didn't have my car appraised I guess we were not important to him so we left and will not be doing business with flow automotive. Horrible...
