I’m member since 2016 never Have Problem With anytime , But Since Change, To The Mobile Key in Phone I been using it , I’m Ashland, Virginia Find Location and Trying to get in There The Key not working Is some People, There, Somebody Came To Me and Ask Me Very Nice, If I Have Any Problem. I Tell him my Key Is Not working on The Phone By Any Chance one of this Guys Inside Work here,he said yes and walk inside To The Guy de supposed work there and the guy denied the help i Stay Outside Waiting, To Reset my Phone call Costumer Service o check de Status Of my Account (active) and Everything Was Good. I Girl show up I Ask, Very Nice if You was Problem with the sistem she not even let me finish very fast close the door very rude. By then The Guy help Me Early Came Out Of The gym and talk to my and I ask if he got problems.? he Tell Me the girl is the Manager..!! What..!! I couldn’t believe it that because she was so disrespectful..!! the point of this I have all the info in the phone saying I’m I active member and it just was I second from their time and nether one look for me.! by the way I’m not look like crazy person or nothing I have multiple ID with me and nice aperrease. this is just for the owner, if they are like this you probably are loosing costumers not even that I went to cvs to buy water after 11 hrs driving on the road tired on the way back she was on the stair master I was trying to show her my phone the pass the says active to se if it was I problem with the door and she said phones not work or something like that but not even she try she look!! Sho look back to ther friends and laugh at me!! making me feel not even like homeless any Cain of affection or just careless. I feel like I’m loosing my time after 11 driving on the road to bring you guys the goodies and food the you eat and enjoy. I think I earn little bit of respect even just be human. if it was regular costumers .! I didn’t care but I know they work there and it was no midnight of crazy hrs (19:40 to 20:20) to be scare just look the cameras . I will call tomorrow costumer service to see what happen with my key, it can not happen again I count on you guys for I long time.! to shower and take care of my self.! nation wide. At this point is not even get in the gym !! is the lack of respect from this guys or girls !! Who knows.!!

Options are limited in the area however, so my rating isn't impacted by this aspect. After some months my wife and I decided a further commute to a gym with better equipment and more space was worthwhile, so we joined a gym another 10min further from home. We did this knowing we signed up for a year, fine, we will wait it out and cancel. I mailed the cancellation letters shortly after the year. 2 months go by with continued billing, I explained this as possibly it just takes some processing time. After more feed deducted from my account, I emailed them asking if my letters were received. I was told they were not, and something about corporate to blame, but I mailed the letters to the gym location itself as instructed in the contract. I explained I wanted to cancel my wife's and my membership, the letters weren't received, not worth the argument about that, she said she would handle the cancellation. Fees continued after being told this would be cancelled, I reached out each time. I finally got a notification of cancellation... then another draft for my wife's membership. I emailed again, news to them my wife's was to be canceled too even though it was clearly stated in the first and subsequent emails in the same thread. This was too much at this point and I asked the fees be refunded that were drafted since this email chain began (3 billing cycles), which feels gracious to not argue about the date since mailing letters. All replies stopped at this point. The small amount of money billed since emailing with someone acknowledging my cancellation request, is worth more to the gym than business ethics, or this negative review. Read morePlease be aware when trying to cancel your membership. I sent in two cancelation forms back on August 10th of 2023. ABC Fitness who handles there billing only cancelled one account and continued to charge us for the last 4 months on an account we requested to cancel. We called ABC Fitness who asked us to send over all the documentation we had, showing the we had sent in the forms and also the email replying showing they got it, which we did, also in the email we requested to cancel the account immediately, and guess what, they still never cancelled it . We never heard back from ABC Fitness, shocking..... We get a call the other day asking to update the card for the billing, we were confused as to why as we had asked several times (we have the email proof) to cancel the account. The lady in the office asked us to forward the emails to them, which we did. We called back to day and they finally cancelled the account, but we would not get a refund, even though we should proof we had done everything to cancel the account, dating back to August of last year, but somehow, they don't find fault in their business practices. We advised the lady since they did not want to refund the monies that were due to us, because we had done everything were suppose to do to cancel the account, we would file a charge back and they could dispute it with the credit company, which they do not have a leg to stand on as we have...
