I went to Little Caesars to order three large pizzas. As I went through the drive through I ordered two large, thick pizzas and one large, thin pizza. The lady who was taking my order was asking several questions about what I ordered to the point where it seemed like they were scientific matter. After about 16 minutes I received my order and I beheld the surprise. The same lady gave me two cheese breads and one extra thin pizza (it was as thin as cardboard). When I talked to her about my order she started pointing to the posters and told me what I ordered (which might I add, wasn’t worth the time since I already knew what I ordered). Without apologizing she told me if I wanted my order to be redone. I was in a hurry and couldn’t afford wasting more time so I told her that there was no need. I went back to my car and when I spoke to my family about it they told me to get a large, thick pizza. I then went and ordered it and the same lady gave me my order. I checked the pizza and it was thick (which was good). I told her that I was going to write a review about what happened (because she wasted my time) and she said that she didn’t care and that she told her supervisor about it.
Something I’d like to address is that usually when you tell someone that you’re going to write a review on them they should start apologizing but this lady didn’t and started talking to me in a...
Read moreI am a frequent customer of this location, however tonight experience was absolutely awful. My husband called ahead while I was out so that I could just slide by and pick up our order. After waiting ten minutes in the drive thru without a greeting I decided to park and go in to pick up our order. There were other customers in there some had ordered two other hadn't even been greeted. The associate that was suppose to be in the front taking orders and helping customers was walking around in the back and loudly complaining about his job. He came to the front several times but wouldn't even greet those of us that hadn't even ordered or had just walked in. This went on for another ten minutes or so before he fi all greeted me and to others, he was rude to the gentleman in front of me and acted as if this job was an inconvenience to him. When it was my turn at the counter I asked for the order that my husband had called in. He quickly walked away slamming doors to look for my order and as he would pull different pizzas out he would throw them onto the counter. I complained to the manager and explained to the manager that I don't appreciate my food being thrown and that the associate needs to work on his customer service. I'm not sure if I will be going back ever again after...

We took it and left afraid to eat it. Needless to say we will never be ordering online or stopping...
