I have had a lot... a lot, of bad experiences. I think Mike is a cool guy and his prices are all very, very good... almost too good? I bought a PAX Vaporizer here in 2011. My friend bought one after I did. He received a broken, fake PAX from Mike. This made me question my own... turns out I had a fake one too. So I go in ad confront him and he stonewalls me... No refund, no apologies. In 2013 my Fake PAX's battery died. I cant get the 10 year warranty because it was fake. Ploom say "cant do anything", Mike says "sorry bro, you wana buy a real pax for $200?"... The nerve... So then I continue to shop here and keep having problems. $100 vape pens that keep breaking, scales that dont work, cheap Chinese Glass. I must say something about this shop and the owners Mike and Mona and Ricky all the staff including the new addition Mona and Rickys little girl this shop is very organized and the service is so over the top 5 Stars doesn't even do them justice in my 30 years of living in California I have yet to meet owners who compare to their kindness and knowledge of why and what they are doing to serve The city of Atascadero and surrounding city's ....I recommend this Smoke Shop to everyone they are uplifting and personal I couldn't imagine going anywhere else for my tobacco needs ..the inventory. This place has consistently been my top source for all things smoke-vape Accessory plus a huge selection of medicinal Kratoms that have helped change the way I self diagnose and treat my symptoms including, pain and mental stress. They also have a large selection of CBD and tobacco products, Though I am not a smoker. I will continue to support the shop as long as they are around and I will do so happily. Plus, the shop next-door is one of the coolest shops in Atascadero, Just saying! And they own that too! Their products include a lot of anime toys and clothes.
