
On a Saturday afternoon prior to Easter Sunday… kinda empty. I expected a nicer and clean playground. As you can see from the pictures, this play structure needs some updates and attention. The city of Atherton should have the funds to make this happen. The grass was very well maintained and the area over all was clean. Once they update the playground this park has the potential to be a 5 star park but currently it’s just a 3 star. I wouldn’t go again or suggest anyone...
Read moreThis is a beautiful, well-organized park that's a local gem. I recently attended a Celebration of Life event there, arrived early, and walked through the entire park. What a delight! There was a group exercising on a lawn with Bosu balls, people dog walking, children playing. Many of the trees have small signs with their common and scientific names. Most surprising was a small grove of redwood trees (see photo). This is a real oasis of peace...

There's a playground here for the little ones too, and the whole park is very dog friendly ( leashes used to be optional but have since been heavily enforced ).
