you are in for a real treat here but some most people miss the most unique part of the trail by making a beeline right to the Indian rock house. yes, the Indian rock house is very cool with all those ancient writing on the wall and they are still find more and more of them. but to me what mother nature has created is far more amazing. how often do you come across natural rock formations that look like a bunch of huge turtles. whats also nice is you have a choice. you can see both of these with in a very easy short hike or by using alltrails app on your smart phone you can have a much better 4 mile loop hike with views. alltrails will show you the top 8 hikes in petit jeans and you'll be able to really see how beautiful this state park really is. have fun exploring. keep...
