I've been a client of this salon for at least 20 years for highlights and haircuts. I am however a first time client of hair extensions but trusted the salon to price me appropriately and guide me through the journey appropriately as I had grown to trust them over the years with the other services. Turns out the salon sold the extensions alone at a 60% markup over what you could purchase online. My original quote and contract stated I was agreeing to the purchase price of the extensions as well as the cost of initial install which was $840 yet when I went to pay I was told I owed an additional $300. I understand a small markup for the salon on the cost of the 1 package of extensions (hair online was only $300 for my 1 pack and brand/style) and an installation cost but over $1100 was ridiculous. Then the extensions started coming undone within the first week of installation. Salon did repair the first issue but within another week another end was coming undone. I then was told I needed to return for a move up 2 weeks earlier than expected. Thought I understood the pricing for move up (manager quoted $107 per block...block was explained as the time for the stylist but turns out it's really the cost per row of extensions therefore 3 rows so really $321). But no that's still not correct...now at this visit's checkout I'm told by yet another manager it's $150 for first row and $100 for each additional. To date pricing still doesn't even match the printed out pricing quote I was given at my last visit. I've spent $1500 for extensions over the last 2 months and they don't even stay in properly. Until they get the process and pricing down, I won't be back for extensions. I've always been happy with the services I've received and felt they held the customer first. Now it seems they are out to make money and not looking out for their clients. It's no longer the salon or management I once knew and trusted. I hope they get back on track...no...
Read moreI got my haircut by Ebru. The haircut is horrible... terrible. Initially, the cut she did was good and then she just ruined it. In the name of texturing, she just ruined the haircut and my overall hair. She took her toothed/texturing scissors and took off literally everything from the bottom. There is nothing left for the hair to hold itself. It's just horrible. What was the need to do the haircut itself initially if she had to just chop off everything so randomly. I have had the opportunity to have my haircut by some very good stylist in the past and what I learnt was a good stylist does not use the toothed comb to texture hair. They go in with the normal scissors. Some do with the toothed scissors but they are precise. They just don't take off that bunch and so randomly. I never tie my hair, especially when I am out. But my hair is so bad right now that since I have had this haircut, I have not left my hair open and have been wearing a cap atleast to places where I can wear a cap.

Read moreI had come to this location for 20 years to get a haircut with the same stylist and was very happy until my appointment on 10/12/22. I showed up 15 minutes late (still within the allowable time) and yet was told that I was 20 minutes late. If I was 20 minutes late I would accept it, but I was not. Yes, I asked if I could go park my car, the lady at the front desk said yes. I parked directly in front of the salon and it took me 20 secs max to do that. The manager insisted that it would not be fair for the next customer, that it was all about the customer experience she said. Let me tell you, I had waited for my hairstylist many times before because she was running late and someone else had to shampoo my hair but I never complained about that, yet they would not let me get a haircut this time. All I wanted was my usual haircut, not the shampoo, no hair drying, only a haircut. Some customer experience that has been. That is not the way to treat a loyal customer and for that reason, I won't...
