Subway — Restaurant in Georgia

Terrible experience - Multiple times!! I do not recommend this Subway location. If you're looking for a sandwich, there are several other options in the area. Like a lot of people.... online ordering via various food apps has become more popular due to COVID. I've ordered from this establishment on three recent occasions and via two separate apps, and they've yet to get my order right - or remotely close. On 2 of 3 occasions, all sides were missing. One order was for Tuna and I received veggies only - OK, maybe they were out of tuna, but who randomly puts jalapeno on a sandwich? Another order for tuna (lettuce & tomato) came with tuna, jalapeno and thousand island. Seriously - Tuna + Jalapeno + Thousand Island. Who does that? OOF. BTW I ordered Miss Vickie's jalapeno chips in 2 of 3 orders. Didn't get chips, but got jalapenos. SMH. Suggestion to the staff - Don't randomly substitute items and to the owner, you should invest in training and ensure that your staff takes time to read orders and make better decisions......I won't be ordering from this location again and I suggest you...

Not sure what happened to this Subway location. It used to be impeccable around 2010/2011-ish. I used to frequent this place often. Cut to today 10/2/2018, my daughter wanted a sandwich. I went for a cup of ice, and there was mold in the ice (yes the little black specks is mold. I know this from working in F&B for many years). I informed the young man behind counter and asked if he knew when the last time it was cleaned out. He pretended as if he didnt know it was even supposed to be cleaned --or who or when they're supposed to clean it, and took no responsibility. Then went to the bathroom, and it was filthy. Huge cockroach on the floor partially dead with legs off, trash also on the floor and the sink was filthy. Now, mind you this is 6:30pm on a Tuesday evening. Not busy at and when i walked in, this worker was in the back. We stood there for a good 5-10 seconds until he walked out from the back. There was only one customer in the store, an elderly gentleman and he was seated and finishing up. I ran from there. I don't know.. Maybe they were having a bad day...but eat here at...

read a coupon in the mail that specifies a $6.99 foot long coupon applies to every sandwich on their menu except "The Beast and The Garlic Roast Beef" menu items as well as snacks. Went in to use the coupon. They have a sign on their counter that says express you have a coupon up front.

I get immediate, hostile, pushback from the people behind the counter when I try to order a different menu item and they insist it only counts for "Build your own." They say the newspaper states it is up to the restaurant individually, but it did not. They were very rude. I attempted to build the sandwich item myself and they shut me down stating they're out of the meat required (which they could have told me up front instead of shaming me for even trying to order with a coupon).
