I’ve ordered over 48 hours ago on 10/30 with a confirmation email in regards to a delivery of french box flowers for delivery on my 14th year anniversary.

I’ve called. DM’d. and emailed and unfortunately received no information in regards to my requested delivery. And now had to ASK if something was delivered ruining a bit of a hopeful surprise. I live less than ONE MILE AWAY from French Market Flowers.

So. Not. Happy.

about having a paid confirmed online order NOT delivered on the date requested and NO information given as to why.

I would seek other florists for your important dates. 14yr anniversary didn’t go down in the history books as a winner based on lack of communication from French Market Flowers.

I was emailed after several attempts of contact by Matt. Unfortunately, I spilled the beans as the “drivers” latest drop off was 715 to pour home. I highly recommend a bit of communication either automated or manual to let customers know that the orders are in fact going to be delivered later in the day. For a period of about 1.5 hours I was in the dark and finally felt like I needed to ask if the flowers had been delivered to my wife. They weren’t at that point. Which was disheartening. The arrangement is absolutely STUNNING which lessened the blow of the stressful moment to try and make 14...

Pros: my bridal bouquet was really lovely.

Cons: well, here goes.

The directions for flower delivery weren’t followed and we didn’t receive 50% of our flowers until two minutes before the ceremony. CARNATIONS. I think I should have led with this word. CARNATIONS. My flower girls crowns and pomanders were made 100% from CARNATIONS. I almost cried when I saw them. Who uses carnations for...anything...especially a wedding? I was so embarrassed. Quality. The flower girl pomanders fell apart before they walked down the aisle because of poor design. The handles ripped out the first time they held them.

I believe I called them during a very busy time, which I understand, but it took three follow up calls to get them to accept my business, which was...quite a bit of work on my end to pay someone for their business.

Once I secured a quote from them, I was very optimistic about the flowers for my wedding. The vision board that was created perfectly matched my vision for my elopement.

BUT...that vision didn’t come close to translating in execution.

Maybe more attention is given to bigger spenders, but we were promised so much more than we were given. Given my experience, I would never recommend this florist to...

I stopped in on Monday afternoon to pick up a bouquet of flowers for my wife after looking around online for a florist and finding that this spot was close, well-reviewed, and seemed to have what I was looking for. I completely neglected to get the name of the person who assisted me but she was extremely courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. I told her what I was looking for in the bouquet and she showed me what they had available. She then inquired as to my budget and said that if I was willing to wait she could make a fresh bouquet in about 10 minutes. I agreed and looked around while she did so. Sure enough, about 10 minutes later I had a really gorgeous bouquet in a vase. My wife absolutely loved it and has since been asked by several people about where she got it.

Keep in mind that you are paying for a professional florist arrangement, so while prices are not cheap, I thought that they were completely fair given what you get, and the results absolutely speak for themselves. This location also had some cards, potted plants, and other items for sale. There's also convenient parking both on the street and in a lot behind the building. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone that needs...
