After attending the grand opening and visiting this location a total of 11 times since August 1st, I have decided to write a thorough review of this location. First, the location can get congested at high peak times. On my first Monday morning visit, I waited in the drive thru for 23 minutes. The layout of the parking area and drive thru does not allow you to exit once your have entered the drive thru lanes. After this extremely long wait, my order was not correct. On every visit to this location, I have experienced one of the following: wrong order, no condiments, no greeting (traditional Chick-Fil-A courtesies), no napkins, fork, or straw, leaking drink cups, and extremely long wait times. As a devout Chick-Fil-A customer and native Atlantan, I am disappointed with this location. Hopefully, this review and the review of other concerned Chick-Fil-A citizens will prompt the owner to survey the needs of this establishment in an effort to continue the tradition of Truett Cathy and his legacy. UPDATE 3/28/2019 Two years after this location's grand opening mishaps, I am updating my initial review and changing my 1 star to 4. I believe the owner/operator received the constructive feedback on it's staff and lack of operational efficiency and made corrective actions. I have began to frequent this location about 2-3 times per week. My orders have been correct and made per special requests. However, at times some employees can be borderline rude (drive thru outside and window workers). For instance, today I asked for condiments and the window workers put in the wrong sauce. I handed them back and asked for the sauces I ordered. He yelled back to the girl inside for the sauces, handed them to me, then says "woooo is it time for me to go yet" as if he was irritated. I am mentioning this incident that occurred today because they have improved on their customer service skills, but there are some employees that may need to be re-trained or assigned to the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe placed a pick up order of 3 salads. 1 spicy, 1cobb no bacon and another Cobb salad. This was during lunch time at work. I came to the pickup section. Waited about 5 minutes before the young lady even acknowledge about 5 of us standing there. She finally comes and I tell her Iām here to pick up and provided her the name. I clearly see the bag and drinks already on the shelf with the name on it. However she returns to her station and starts packing uber order bags. Another 5 minute wait and she comes back and calls out about 3 inner pickup names. Only one was there and confirmed his order. I again said who I am and Iām here for pickup. She again says ok and walks away never checking the shelves that have orders on them. So I yell, excuse me maāam, maāam hello excuse me. She turns and I say, my order is right there on the shelf. She goes to the shelf and hands me the order. No apology for the 10 minute wait for NOOOOO reason. I check the bag for the salads and depart. Upon my return to the office it was then noticed that they did not include not even 1 salad dressing. Annoyed because 15 minute ride there a 15 minute ride back and a 10-15 minute wait in the restaurant. So about 40 minutes of a 1 hour lunch is gone. I called to complain annoyed and unable to eat the salads because we have no drsssibgs and was told I can come get the dressings. The said well why canāt yall deliver the dressings. I was then insulted with an offer of ā1 COOKIEā for an compensation. NEVER AN APOLOGY, NEVER ANY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT WHILE IN THE RESTAURANT. Iāve never received horrible service at a chic dila until today. I will never return. Not to mention the green leaf were weathered and the salad quality looked not fresh. They can keep their salads and their 1 cookie. Iā already passed the news around our 4 level floor office DO NOT GIVE THEM...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI live 5min from this location. Lately, the customer service hasnāt been as āMy Pleasureā as the establishment requires. Me and my girlfriend came through the drive thru yesterday(06/11/25). The young man that was taking orders was rushing my order. He disregarded my questions about my meal, and had an attitude because I didnāt specify the fact that I did not want to change the cheese on my sandwich. Which made him not give me my buffalo sauce? The girl at the window giving out the food also had a bad attitude. Turned her back to me after giving my food, she didnāt give me a āmy pleasureā after I received the food, and when I asked for the buffalo sauce, she rolled her eyes, made a huffing noise and gave me one buffalo sauce. I said thank you, but she was already walking away and didnāt acknowledge my response or didnāt say āyouāre welcomeā. She walked back to her employee and said, āsorry about thatā, like I was interrupting her important conversation about why she working at chick fa la handing out food for pennies. Highly disappointed because this location is normally up to par. The past 2 months they have hired so many people, no one stays long and itās because they not doing the āmy pleasureā for real. Iāve already filed a complaint to HR, but next time Iām putting in names because when I go to chik-fa-la, I donāt expect the person taking my order or giving me my food to be lacking critical thinking or southern hospitality. If you donāt like people, donāt work at chik-fa-la, work on yourself. I donāt spend over $30 just for the people I give my money to to act with such little importance for the those of us providing a living for them. I could take my money elsewhere and bless someone more deserving rather than basically being robbed by the those who seem to want to be the brawn character in āOf...
