IS Studio Atlanta Custom Screen Print, T Shirts, Hoodies, & More! — Attraction in Atlanta

Trying to give this business the benefit of the doubt multiple times is something I won’t continue to do. It should’ve been a red flag when I needed 1 sample shirt completed, was quoted a 48 hour turn around and heard nothing 72 hours later. After calling to inquire I was quoted ANOTHER 48 hours. For one sample shirt.

When it came time to drop off 25+ shirts I understood a 2 week turnaround. Yet again, when 2 weeks were up, NO UPDATES FROM CHRIS. I’ve had to call Chris every single time to get an update. 2 weeks turned into 6+weeks and every single shirt was printed differently, slightly slanted, some images small, some larger. A delay is understandable for QUALITY WORK, but I wasn’t even allotted that luxury.

In a last attempt to use this business I dropped off 2 additional shirts, 4 weeks ago. Was given a 2 week production time. At this point 2 weeks for 2 shirts sounded doable. Contacted Chris on 7/27, he informed me the shirts would be ready for me the following Tuesday and WOULD CONTACT ME. However here I am on 8/06, a week OVER since I last spoke with Chris, picking up my shirts. Unfortunately, the 2 shirts I’ve waited 4 weeks for were printed with the incorrect image.

Each time I was never given an update, unless I seeked it. I was constantly given incorrect completion dates and times.

Won’t be returning for any additional printing needs.

I had to wait until I had all my items back before I left this review. IS Studio is the worst printing company ever. The have no sense of customer service at all and no formal process in place to make sure your order is completed properly so please expect for them to make so many errors that will cost your business time and money. The garment I ordered were from overseas and already had a delay in delivery. iS printed my pants in one Color ink and the matching tops in another due to lack of communication in house. I had to buy new hoodie that were again delayed so much that I had to just refund customers that ordered. During this process I had given a staff member additional items to add to the order. When I went to pick up those items I was told they could not be found and were accidentally printed with someone else’s order. Finally I had two pair of pants that needed to be repaired because they printed them wrong. These pants a were paid for my customers and it took them 2 months to get the pants back to me. They never pick up the phone. They don’t have any set business hours so if you google and it says it’s open it may not be. If i could give 0 stars i would. This place is EXTREMELY unprofessional. I had to call multiple times just for them to send me my design quote. I paid for my design on April 28th.. they say it takes 10 days so i assumed it would be done on May 8th.. Chris said it would be done Monday.. Monday comes and he says it will be ready at 6pm.. 6:30pm came and no one is answering. Tuesday comes and i call and ask if the shirts are ready and he says the shirts haven’t been delivered yet.. mind you he told me they were working on it as we spoke yesterday.. he assured me they would be done today. I receive a call saying the shirts are ready.. i pick up the shirts and realize i forgot my file. I walk to the back and hear Chris say “i did not want to talk to her” an employee says “i think she is still out there” Chris then says “i don’t care” once they see me walk out i over hear them say “okay she’s gone” i just feel like if you didn’t want my money then you could have said that and i would have taken my business elsewhere but this is the last time they will ever get any business from me.
