The reviews must be bought based on the high marks that have been given! The experience was horrible, not the cleanest salon and they use old dull tools! I have never gotten the hot bowl of water placed underneath the acetone bowl when getting dip powder removed..until coming to this place! It took twice the normal time for the removal!! I said something to the tech about it and she said this is the way they do it…smh (work smart people, not hard)!! A week later the polish has chipped and my nails are dull and ugly because of the dull old nail files used! I was there for a pedicure also, but because they are one dimensional they do nails and feet separately. Who has all day to spend at this lack luster salon?! Not ME!!! So I passed on the pedicure. I arrived here one morning to get two of my nails repaired when this salon had opened and couldn’t find the nail polish that I had currently picked. The man that was doing my nails didn’t want to assist me with finding the polish and accused me of breaking my nails. He also got on his cell phone and started discussing me in his language and attempted to do another customers nails when I needed assistance.
