I'm a swimmer, so their pool is a big draw. 5 lanes for lap swimmers and water aerobics classes 6 days a week at good times for both retirees and working folk. Dressing room is nice and 5 showers mean less waiting. They offer a number of other classes, such as yoga, Zumba and heart healthy workouts. They have gated covered parking which is nice. HOWEVER, their decision to make the large 1st floor workout area with a good number of machines, free weights etc., to a basketball court and cram the workout area upstairs was extremely ill-advised. But I wanted to relieve everyones tepidness to return to what I consider the best Fitness center in the city....on safety and cleanliness. They are strict about parents bringing opposite sex children regardless of their age into the regular shower areas. If your going to have this rule than the accommodations have to match. The facility has children's swimming lessons and it is challenging to get children showered before their lessons with only one family...
