BCA Furnished Apartments - Corporate Housing & Vacation Rentals — Hotel in Atlanta

I arrived to the property after closing hours of the office. So I followed the instructions that where sent to my email. I parked in the 20 minute free parking space, I got my keys and parking pass from the locker. I immediately put the parking pass in my rear view mirror. I moved my vehicle. Then I went up to my rented apartment. When I got inside I proceeded to follow the instructions left on the island in the kitchen. I put all my vehicles information on the website then submitted my information. After that me and my son headed out to get more belongings out of the car. As we approached the car a guy is booting it. I explained to him that I have a parking pass in the rear view mirror, I also had one in my hand. He goes and check his phone and says my vehicle is not in the system. I told him I just put my information in. And then I told him what's the purpose of a parking pass if I'm still getting booted. He then goes in his phone and says that particular parking pass is not in our system. So I explained I wouldn't have these keys if the establishment didn't provide them. Then he tells me to take it up with the property. I had to pay $75 to get the boot off. I had to wait until Monday to plead my case with the property. They told me I would get a refund. And I have yet to receive it. One of the main reasons I chose this property was bc of free parking. And I still ended paying the price. Im very disappointed with that whole experience. Safe, Clean, Excellent Location

I've noted what I liked in my review title. Recommended improvements: At this price point, and location in the city, better furnishings (rather than 100% IKEA bargain pieces) are expected. This feels like a freshman dorm. I selected lodging with a kitchen because I intended to cook, which I did. The stove should have venting above. And if the window opens, there ought be a screen. I didn't try to open it because of the lack of screening. The shower hardware needs updating; the knobs to open and adjust water flow are stripped, making shut off tedious.
