Wow. I know this place is a few years old now, but it was the first time I've been inside a newer remodeled techy chik fil a. They have the robot servers!! Coolest ish ever seeing them roll around. The place still looks almost brand new inside and out. THE BATHROOMS ARE THE CLEANEST BATHROOMS I HAVE EVER SEEN IN A FAST FOOD PLACE. Seriously, it looked brand spanking new inside, it was so nice and clean and well lit and smelled nice that I almost just sat down and chilled out for a little while. When I arrived there was a lady diligently cleaning the bathrooms. I watched her for a few mins and she even was disinfecting the door handles and wiping the doors down. She had to let me in with a code on the keypad on the door, so I'm not entirely sure how you get in on your own, it doesn't look like you can walk in and out without the number. Being literally in the heart of the city, they move surprisingly fast both the inside lines and drive through we're just getting knocked down much faster then expected. And it's Bug inside. Much room for you to stretch out or bring the whole family and still won't be so close as to rubbing shoulders with other patrons. Also, I wanted to look in the back to see the setup and how they are moving so efficiently, so I went to the door way and stood there and tried to be nonchalant, but the employees started giving me the side eyes so I stepped off before anyone said anything. But from what I could see for the couple mins I was looking, and one thing stood out, IT WAS IMMACULATE BACK THERE. I mean like you know how all equipment is usually stainless steel, and there's was so clean and bright and shiny you would think everything just got installed. I don't know what system and chemicals they are using but they definitely have it down pact because it was ridiculously clean and shiny back there. I have no problems if my chicken breast fell in the floor and got kicked back to an employee to finish preparing, it was THAT clean back there. (Being facetious) If you can fight the traffic for a few mins, can figure out how to park and get inside, it is well worth the wait. Or use the long drive through, you won't be too Disappointed in either. Oh and the food was fine. Typical Chik Fil A, but there wasn't anything whatsoever wrong so if you love eating here then you already know. I should have taken some pictures but I was in a bit of a rush, I will next time I drop in. But don't take my word for it, just go eat there and see for yourself, every employee in there is going to be above and beyond...
Read moreI am a huge lover of chick fil a but this one is dreadful. Its always slow but this morning was exceptionally bad. Got in drive through at 10:15, wasn't to the order panel until 10:37! But wait, it gets worse. Once there, they tell me they are no longer serving breakfast. I told them I had waited in line for 22 minutes and said id come in to talk to a manager. Talked to her and said exctly what I've written here and she said they were serving breakfast again and acted like that was that, no apologies or offer to make anything better. Confident she was about to walk away but I wasn't about to wait in line again so asked if I could order now she said yes. I ordered 2 chicken biscuits. She never asked for my card, so I guess she purposely gave me my breakfast which was good but she didn't say that or anything to that effect, just turned and walked away after I ordered. Anyway, they forgot my water so I asked for it again with lemon. This is the only thing that happened quick, an employee made me a water and slid it to me... No lemon. Asked for it again, She walked away and came back with lemon, not a single word spoken from her. I was not being rude or drmatic at all this entire time but was treated like garbage. No apology was spoken from anyone or any kind thing. I received my food at 10:45, THIRTY MINUTES after I arrived with no apology or thanks for being patient from anyone. Read moreHorrible experience at the 01262 location operator Bryan Auton. I ordered a simple side salad in the drive thru. I requested particular side items and dressing with my salad order. I also stated no tomatoes due to allergies. The team member took my order directly through the mic and I asked them to repeat it back. I pulled to the pick up drive thru area and was approached my a team member that was not friendly or nice named "Layla" or "Leila" She advised me I needed to get out of my car while in the drive thru to make a payment. WHY would I get out of my car to make a payment at a drive thru I would have GONE INSIDE if I wanted to do that. So after going back and fourth with the rude worker about why I couldn't get out my car to go make the payment she finally comes back with a payment iPad to accept my order while I was still in the car. At this point I'm waiting over 15 minutes JUST for a side salad. She was very rude and nasty so I requested a manager. The same girl brings my food out and hands it to me. I look in the bag and everything is wrong although I only ordered 1 item. There was no utensils in the bag, NO SALAD dressing at all, tomatoes were on the salad, no tortilla strips, no red crush peppers just so freakin sad and unacceptable!
