The UPS Store — Attraction in Atlanta

My favorite UPS in Atlanta! The lady with the dreads and glasses is frequently kind! The short African American gentleman with the short haircut is frequently professional. I’m in and out and I love the energy of this store. Thank you for showing Atlanta what customer service should look like. 🙌🏾

So I absolutely meant what I said above about those specific employees above. Now, I walked in today and was surprised to see brand new faces. Never seen these gentleman before so I presume they are new as I come here often. Let me just say this the younger gentleman with dark hair is a keeper. Very professional. If I was this location I would get rid of the tall African American gentleman and the African American woman with blue dyed tips in her hair. Today he was wearing all black and has a short haircut. This specific employee is NOT professional, unfriendly, stares at customers in disgust as if to be annoyed by them. I was surprised that he was hired to work at this specific location. Get rid of him, get rid of him, get rid of him or you'll have a lot of problems with this one....

I spoke to Brenda who works here and asked her if she could open the door for me as I had a large package that I would be carrying in. She said “well you can use the hand truck over there.” Why couldn’t she just open the door? Who knows. I went to get the hand truck and it fell on my shin leaving a bloody gash. No one asked if I was ok. When I returned with my large package no thanks to Brenda- i told her what happened to my leg less than 6 feet from her and she then said well someone must not have latched the hand truck and asked if I was ok. I said not really I have a hurt leg now and all I wanted was for you to open the door for me. No response from Brenda. I will never return here service has always...

The staff at this store is beyond AMAZING!! Chundra was so helpful with an issue that I was having with a delivery that the driver made a mistake on. I live in MI and was sending a package to a friend going through some health issues right now, so me tracking it down myself was impossible! My package was supposedly going to be dropped off to the store after the driver "attempted delivery" and Chundra offered to go and drop it off at the location it was going to on her own time if it ever came to the store!!! Who does that?! The package was FINALLY located, but she still called me on Monday morning to make sure that the issue had been resolved! I would highly recommend this store! They are REAL...
