The most welcomed I’ve felt walking into a 🔥🧘🏽‍♀️ studio in 12 years of 🧘🏽‍♀️ practice! ❤️ the room temperature, perfectly paced 60- minute session, and the cold eucalyptus towel was a sweet touch. Nice shower area and the ability to add a cold beverage before/after practice. I can’t wait to come back! Hot Yoga helped me whip cancer in 2010. Mr (ISO) Johnson knocked it out the 🔥🧘🏽‍♀️ community with this beautiful studio! Go Practice today and change your life!

iso yoga crew is the real deal !! this is a brand new state-of-the-art yoga studio in the heart of atlanta! The owners are so welcoming & all the staff are enthusiastic & knowledgeable. They have numerous daily classes & affordable prices. I took Brandon’s class today, I felt encouraged and so strong by the end of the workout.

Beautiful, clean and inviting studio ❤️. I have been active for over 15 years and the ISO 60 class definitely showed me what I was missing in my life.....proper breathing!

The Yoga is Bikram style which I have never done before and it really showed me what I needed to focus on. It was challenging and you definitely need to be prepared beforehand, hydrated and breathe through your nose.

I love ❤️ a challenge so I will be back to improve my breath and calming my body and mind down. The instructors are super helpful and amazing and give you lots of advice on how to improve your practice and really care. The cold towel at the end is the cherry 🍒 on top.

Also not to mention the showers are spa quality and the products as well! If you are an athlete wanting to improve your breathing this is for you. Check your ego at the door and don't be afraid to just lay on your mat. The instructors say just focus on staying in the room even if your not moving just slow your breath.

I LOVE this studio usually, but I had to drop my rating based on my recent experience. I’ve been to ISO a handful of times and have always been offered a towel for my mat without an extra charge. Today when I asked for one (and a mat and towel for my friend who was joining for the first time) I was told it would be $3 each, $9 total…..???? It’s fine if that’s the policy but be consistent. Joyce and Iana never charged me.

When I mentioned that I never had to pay, the instructor just said “yikes.” Overall, I felt super embarrassed...
