Wino Records — Attraction in Atlantic Beach

I found this place about 2 months ago, it was hiding right under my nose. On my first visit the owner and his puppy greeted me and offered me coffee. Basically offered his best hospitality. I thought it could be because I was a new customer, or the fact that I was the only person in the store. I couldn't be more wrong. He treated every person who walked thru the door with the utmost respect. Everything was labeled and alphabetized it was perfect. This is an awesome record store snuggled in the middle of all the typical beach serving business. Greeted by the warm and welcoming owner (spent more time talking than shopping!) and his dog was adorable. Well organized bins with a wide selection of genres and eras. Walked out with a few albums, including a random free one that he grabbed to go with my purchase. We are already looking forward to visiting again when we return to the area...

A great little record store in Atlantic City. Fairly close to Emerald Isle and Morehead City. Not a big place but has a good variety of different genres including rock, pop, and soul. Some new releases and other media including DVD's and CD's. We found some good deals on the $1 CD rack. Also picked up a few records. There is a restroom available if you ask.
