Abominable Games — Attraction in Auburn

Had the intention of spending over $400 in there today. The total came to $435 and i offered $420 because one of the cards was available for $15 cheaper. Which would have been an enormous 3.45% difference in price. Instead of calling his boss to ask, Damian flat out refused and they wound up making $0. I drove over an hour to get there instead of just buying cards online. My attempt to support a small business wound up with me wasting hours of my time.

Edit because the owner got upset about my review. I was offering cash, which would have negated the 3.5% card fee. No one wanted special treatment, i wanted the market value of all the cards i was trying to purchase. The reserve list card wasn't the price in question. It was a mystery booster 2 city of brass. Tcg near mint for 85, i was given $100 price tag. Instead of adjusting the card accordingly and making a $420 cash sale. You've trained your employees to lose your store money. As a Lorcana player, I really appreciate this shop. They are one of the few stores in the Lewiston/Auburn area that has a steady supply of Lorcana product at fair prices. They’ve only been open a few weeks and have offered two Lorcana events, and are planning to expand those offerings!
