The food was great. However, we ordered online and did a mobile pick up but they don’t actually have a functional mobile pickup system. There is a drive through pick up window, but it’s not functional because the employees won’t even pay attention to you when you pull up to the window. I had to toot my horn 3 times before anyone would even take the time to glance at me. When the kid finally did open the window, he looked confused and then told me that they don’t use the drive through at this time and that I’d have to go inside to pick my food up, which was totally fine with me, but still, I just told him, “Well, can you guys at least put up a sign on the glass that says the drive through isn’t open and to pick up your food indoors?”. The kid was nice and respectful enough, but it was egregiously obvious that he was baked out of his mind on the job. When we went inside to pick our food up, several of the other workers were visibly intoxicated on the job as well. I get it, it’s hard to open up a new location and get things running smoothly in such a short amount of time. But similar to the failure of an establishment that is Chipotle down the street, it seems apparent that it’s hard to find quality staff in the Lewiston/Auburn area that actually make an effort to be effective at their work and arrive to work in a sober state of mind, ready to perform what they’re being PAID to do. Read moreI have never been to a fast food restaurant where I then sat with the same people for an hour , all of us waiting for our orders. As we sat there watching the workers make all the food for the online pick orders first. While out buns and fries sat out getting dried up . The food was horrible, the place was filthy, and was really appalled at how one of the workers with a huge fluffy long black scraggly beard cooked over the food and couldn't put a hair net over it like his sanitary and respectful coworker did. That really grossed me out. Almost as bad as the super salty fries and the dry stale buns. I would have had better food and service at Burger King. And to top it off I will never pay 42 dollars for two burgers and fries and two drinks ever again!!! I have to say what floored me the most was after waiting an hour , that's no exaggeration, I hear one of the workers explain to a costumer that the reason it is taking so long for our orders to be ready was because they take care of all of the mobile orders first. We were there on a Friday night at 6.58pm on Valentine's Day while the mobile orders were very busy!!! They don't even have the decency to warn you of how long your wait is. Read moreThey don’t allow Dashers to do there job but refusing to give dashers two orders that they are assigned without delivering the first one and come all the way back for the second. I had two orders for green a 20 minute drive away for two places next to each other would take me 40 minute to get back for the second order. If i unassigned the order it lowers my completion rating which if goes below 95 will lower my rating putting me into a lower group getting orders for less money. If they want dashers to only get one order at a time they need to get to gather with DoorDash and make it to dashers can’t get multiple but still point less cause most of the time dashers get multiple orders to multiple restaurants to deliver multiple orders to places close to each other.
