Online reservations for screen 6 showed seating arrangements that were not aligned with the actual screen. I wanted centered seats. The diagram for reservations showed center as seat 7/8, so I bought 6,7,8, and 9. When we arrived, the actual center was seat 5, so we had to gawk at a skewed screen from the right side of the theater. The seats were a little confusing at first. Heads up, they have heated seats that recline, so there are 4 switch actions out of two switches. It looks like two buttons, but they are rocker switches. It took a little frustration to figure those out, but essentially the annoying blue color blinds you if you don't want your butt to catch fire, and a calm red color is emitted if ya' do! The other switch, depending on the side that you push, will recline or incline you... and it goes reaaally low if you want it to, lol. The popcorn served was stale, and the butter being self serve is a little odd, since you can't move the popcorn all around the bag, you only get butter on the top of the popcorn... and end up with a stale dry bag of hell after a few minutes into the movie. Outside of that, the layout of the facility is good (the screen I saw was on the tiny side), the seating was not cramped, and the hallways were spacious. As far as staff is concerned, they were inviting, kind with replies, and offered nothing more than pure professionalism. I got a feeling that they take pride in their workplace, and that's never a bad thing. Safety-wise, a massive soda spill occurred when we were leaving the theater, and I ended up waiting 15 minutes for my party to exit the restrooms. The entire time I was there no one came to take care of the mess, or mark it with a caution sign. At least 80 people passed the huge spill. If it didn't look like a pond of pepsi in the walkway, it would have been far more dangerous. Only when I was about to leave did someone come to mop it up. Overall, they have comfy seats, refills on soda, a smooth ticketing process, and movie screens... it was about $100 for 4 of us to watch a movie with ample refreshments and light snacking. Not...
Read moreI use to enjoy this theater until 9/12/25. I went to see the premier of Demon Slayer Infinity Castle at 9:45 PM by myself due to work and not able to work out times with friends. No worries. I picked row B 15, the last row and at the very end with an empty seat next to me and a relatively packed theater. Some point during the movie, unexpectedly a staff asked to see my ticket. This has never happened to me and I felt extremely singled out. There was no explanation other than needing to see it. She confirms my ticket (making me miss some of the movie) and leaves. Then a kid comes and sits in the empty seat next to me. Totally fine! But then this kid has the most abhorrent behavior possible and was on his phone the whole time. What disturbing behavior. After a while I had to ask him to get off of it because in my peripheral vision it was very distracting. This kid only did for a little then kept going on it and then eventially just left. This should NEVER be someone's experience at a theater and I am truly disgusted by what happened. The staff should be cracking down on disruptful people, not someone who had their ticket as I was clearly eating theater concessions that I bought. I will be going to Apple Cinema's, Smitty's, Regal, anywhere BUT Flagship now due to this disappointing and disgusting experience during a movie I was highly anticipating and excited for. This theater is shameful through and through. If you want to check people's tickets, hire someone who can do that before entering a theater than be completely unprofessional and disturb a person while watching the movie. This place is a hangout for kids now. Unprofessional and dirty. It use...
Read moreI recently had a deeply disappointing experience at Flagship Cinema that I feel compelled to share. While waiting in the hallway for my movie to start, I was subjected to what I believe was racial profiling by the manager. I was simply sitting, minding my own business, when the manager approached me with suspicion and asked me to move. It wasnât about any apparent disruption; I was just waiting calmly, like any other customer.
What made the encounter troubling was the fact that I observed other customers, including those who appeared to be of different racial backgrounds, sitting in similar spaces without any issues or intervention. This inconsistency in treatment made it clear that my presence was being scrutinized simply because of my race.
As a loyal customer of this cinema, I was shocked and hurt by this experience. No one should feel uncomfortable or targeted while simply trying to enjoy a movie outing. Itâs disheartening to think that in this day and age, such behavior can still occur, especially in a place meant to be welcoming to all.
I hope that Flagship Cinema takes these kinds of incidents seriously and ensures their staff are trained to treat all patrons with respect and dignity, regardless of their background. Everyone deserves to feel safe and welcome in public spaces.
