Don't read the on sale signs they don't stick to it. Faulty advertsment and the manager is an as**ole. Went to buy some galvanized crafts/ decore as you can clearly see i wanted blank sheets of galvanized for crafts. Showed one lady the sign that was posted in the store as well as online they agreed it was on sale. Until the manager decided he would stick his nose in it completely rude to me for no reason and stated it was not on sale when it was clearly posted. Long story short he wouldn't honor there sign (which should be taken down considering its a lie for faulty advertisement). And would highly recommend a new manager one who is helpful and kind to customers and not completely rude. When putting back the galvanized cause I didn't want it if it wasn't honored however I still wanted to purchase another item even after everything including the manager being extreemly rude I went to put my card in and he was rude again so I said never mind put everything back and he said good ! Can't belive this there was absolutely no need of him being that way! Sorry but u lost a customer today which was unfortunate! Your manager is running people off hope this...
Read moreUsually shopping here is terrific and employees are pleasant. Today was the exact opposite. Horrible!!!! When checking out my cashier, Jane J., not only carelessly tossed the merchandise into the bag (jewelry/charms and other breakables I was going to use for gifts) but was rude when I questioned if certain items were on sale when she was scanning. I was told to read the signs and the weekly add more carefully. In the end, due to her impatience, she had double charged me for some items, not charged for others, voided wrong items then said the total ($63) looked wrong and to go wait in the return line. After 15 mins waiting, the other cashier tried to figure out the mess that âJane Jâ had started. Not only did the manager have to come over but I had to go back to retrieve some of the voided items from the other register (Jane J. had since left). At this point I was so fed up I had them void the whole order. I ended up without gifts and wasting about 1 1/2 of my time. All because a cashier needs retraining in customer service. I have worked with the public for 30 years and would be fired for acting this way. Very...
Read moreOn the receipts it doesnât show what each item is, and instead shows what department. So you have no way of knowing what each item is. Because of this, I accidentally thought I was charged twice for an item. While it ended up being my mistake, their customer service was awful about it. Sandi and the front end manager (the older woman with the glasses) acted like I was trying to steal $10 from them personally. When the store manager looked up the receipt, and explained my mistake- his customer service wasnât any better. The boomers here need a lesson in customer service. The young low level employees (like the ones that originally rang me up or rang me up after) are more than qualified to show them how they should treat customers. They donât act snooty or rude and are always pleasant. I shop here regularly because itâs close, but maybe I should be driving to Augusta or South Portland instead. For a company that preaches Christianity, they may want to teach their more senior employees what love and...
