If I could I would rate this -1/10. I would always come into JCPennyâs with friendly staff asking if I needed help. This one particular staff was so horrible to me. Since the rest of the line was all full, I asked her if she could check me out at the jewelry stand. She does and grunts in disgusts. Soon I asked her if I could combine my coupons since I had $10 off then another 25% off. She stares at me and goes, âi cant sorry.â I simply donât say anything. After scanning I asked her to take off some items because the total was $150 and I only bought a few things that were maybe $4-10 max. The staff grunts more and takes and places my clothes aggressively on the table. I then asked, âI understand that itâs later in the afternoon and you want to go home but your negative attitude really doesnât want me to buy from this store anymore.â She then said, âwell I just donât understand, how you donât get our system, itâs so easy to understandâ I ask for the manager. I told the manager everything she did and the staff even said, âno i didnât do that sheâs lyingâ right after i said, âcheck the camera and see how poorly she has treated me.â The staff goes silent the whole time right after I said that. To sum it up I donât want to shop there ever again. My poor daughter got scared and I feel like such a horrible person, but I couldnât stand there being treated like I...

They didn't have what I was searching for but did suggest gift card or online store Also suggested a few other stores in the area to check out so found that helpful Don't like their check out system...Registers too few and hard to find I was lucky I only purchased an item in jewlery so could pay right there I feel they need more checkout options and more people working them...ended up going to TJMAXX to do rest of my shopping...just couldn't find what wanted and no one offered to help except in appliance section but could not believe not one single whistling tea kettle to be found on shelf...so off to TJMaxx where I found many to choose from...suggestions...stock some tea kettles...oh sure they had the electric ones but some just love the good ole whistling type like my sister does...I did not go away empty handed though...I did find a lovely ornament she will love so thank...
Read moreIt's absolutely crazy to me how empty the parking lots are at the JCPenney at the Auburn Mall! As a teenager I remember this being a store we shopped at for school clothes every year ..... Strange
I was trying to find where I could respond to your response to my review lol, but I couldn't so the next best thing is editing my review đ I think one major difference is the curbside appeal, it looks like where there used to be large windows for displays, and things to attract the attention of potential consumers eyes, that would in turn entice 1 to enter your store to see more, have been boarded up and painted a super boring Brown which seems to blend in with the color of the mall and is just playing unattractive and unappealing to be blunt..... Prices are better just about everywhere else, so there has to be something special about your store that draws people in and makes them want to spend their money there versus anywhere else, if that makes sense, just a thought, thanks for...
