I am disgusted with my experience tonight. My wife and I spend lots of time and money here!

Tonight my machine received an error message, I talked to the person in a red shirt-she tells me I need to go to the sportsbook. I have no problem and head over. I then interact with Kevin, he is very kind and gracious. He tells me I wish I could help you but I can’t, only Donny can. So I speak with Donny and tell him my ticket didn’t print, I was directed here. From the start I was racially profiled and told I have had problems with you before. That’s confusing as I have never won on a parlay to come back and speak with anyone-why is your supervisor stereo typing me?!?

Secondly he says this is how much I’ll get back, I say okay, but what about my ticket that I didn’t get printed?

I then get a smart remark, I combat that with I don’t like the smart tone. He then tells me again I’m not helping you I have dealt with you before-that is not true. Do all African American people look alike? I have never won to go to the sports book!

But even if you don’t like my tone, I was not yelling and never cursed…:what is the problem?!?

Kevin was near and could attest that I never raised my voice, your cameras can attest the same thing too! It was around 8pm on Wednesday the 15th of November-the day I sent this email. I ask for a manager scars and am given Trever’s along with the comments he won’t do a thing about this. Why was Donny so confident about this?!? Disgusting, I won’t be back, until he is trained properly!

I do not understand why I was kicked out of your casino because I disagreed with your supervisor Donny, who lied and said he was a manager and was the highest authority to talk to. Which was a lie

I ask him to call someone else and he calls security, for what reason other than the color of my skin??

He then lies to your security Rogelio and says I refused to give him my ticket-that is not true, he never asked for my ticket!

Rogelio then takes his side without knowing the complete facts or even trying to dissolve the situation. He assumes I refused to not let your intern manager have the tickets to print out my missing ticket and ALSO receive my refund.

I am then told by Rogelio that I need to leave, I ask why? He tells me because I refuse to give him my name. Since when is that a crime?!? Does he know everyone’s name entering the casino?!??

Why didn’t Rogelio defuse the situation and accept the tickets to get my missing ticket and change back?!?!

Rogelio and Donny tried to perform a power move, that was unnecessary. I hope you all replay the camera and see the truth.

I would still also like my parlay ticket that I never received, and my change. How can you keep my money and my ticket?!! Sounds unethical when I can’t get a refund once it’s printed!!!

I expect a callback, this behavior is unacceptable and will be brought to the top of...

Worst hotel experience of my life. Got to the hotel early around 310. Parked in the parking garage. There were no clear signs to get to the hotel from there and you have to walk through a smoke filled casino to get there. Asked the desk if it was possible to check in early and she coughed a huge attitude and told us to we have to wait until 330. Checked into our room after waiting 40 minutes in the check in line. Walked into our room and it smelled so strongly of urine. The bathroom floors were sticky and hairy. Room was dusty. And this is AFTER we were delayed getting our room keys because we were told the housekeeping was doing a final sweep to make sure the rooms were cleaned properly. What a joke. Called the front desk and the manager told us to come on down and we could switch rooms. After having to wait in the check out line for a second time for another 40 mins we were told a new room wasn’t ready and wouldn’t be for several hours. Luckily we booked 2 rooms with family so were able to hang out in their room and hold our stuff. But if we didn’t it would have been a major inconvenience. The whole process made us late to a concert. When we got back from the concert we got our new room and it also smelled like urine but not nearly as strong but still unacceptable. The throw pill on the bed also had a suspicious white stain on it. So disgusting and unsanitary! You should not having throw pillows on hotel beds that can’t be washed. The manager gave us 33% off but honestly because of our overall horrible experience it shouldn’t have been 100% comped. Then at checkout realized they completely screwed up the charges. Two rooms with two different payment methods and they confused the 2. Then we arrived to the valet to retrieve our car (we moved our car from the garage to the valet to avoid having to walk through the smoking casino section). We see them pull it around but not up to where we were standing. Then see them drive it away and repark. I told a valet guy and he’s told us it’s because we were standing in the “wrong “ place even though we were never instructed where the “proper” waiting area was when they took our ticket. They clearly saw us and knew we were waiting. They just created more work for themselves having to get it a second time instead of just waving us over or letting us know. Also were whipping my car around the parking lot which I didn’t appreciate it. Overall the staff seems incompetent and nonchalant like they can’t be bothered to do their jobs properly or care. .Check in was 4 pm. but myself and others showed up about an hour before, and the staff at the desk was ready and let us check in. I tried to find the check in desk first but it took me a while in the casino.|I was given a King room on the 14th floor. It was excellent with a few minor suggestions. I found a couple longer hairs in the bathroom. I know for some people it would be traumatic but since overall, the room was immaculately clean I overlooked it, and the nightstands had a little dirt on them. It is the structure of piece of furniture. There were gold strips running down them which I could see is hard to clean and the bathroom was great but it would be nice to have more illumination around the outer mirror edge, a fan or more heat if possible. Also, the bathrobes and some towels were fraying in some places.|The entryway was nice wide with a full-length mirror. The bathroom had one of the best showers I have ever had before. It could spray from the top, below and had a handheld device so you wash all your body including your back. It also takes in account there are people with different heights. It had a tile bench where elderly or others who have mobility issues can sit and scrub. and good wide drainage, glass doors, double sink with a small mirror on the counter that enlarges for shaving or whatever, and a toilet separate with a locking door for privacy.|Bedroom had a nice comfortable bed a big TV and tablet. The closet with robes, drying rack, safe, fridge and more was great. |5 elevators and seemed like you never had to wait for one and it seemed like it got to your floor right away and told you what floors you would stop at which was usually only the floor you were going to.|The pool and the hot tub were good and spacious. I used the pool during the day when kids were there and at night when only adults were there and both times there was room for us all. The hot tub was very big and both the pool and hot tub were right temperatures. The water jets in the hot tub seemed to not work. There was an automated towel dispenser where you got a towel with your room key and returned it the same way.|I booked one stay later this year and may book more...
