Caesars Sportsbook — Restaurant in Auburn

This review is during a slow time with no crowd or wait. My wife and I got the jalapeño poppers and bang pow shrimp. The jalapeño poppers were great. Stuffed with melted white cheddar and dipped in a corn dog batter. The shrimp were large and crispy. The flavors of both items impressed us. We will be back for sure. More people need to write reviews of this place. There’s only 1 at the time I’m writing this and I almost didn’t come here based on that....

Tried to get some food and have a few drinks with just the three of us, but after waiting for over 15 minutes and not being addressed by anyone, not even the manager walking around aimlessly, left and went to one of the other restaurants. Never got food, so can't rate it, but I know I'll never try this crappy place again. And it's not uncommon to hear others speak to how horrible the place is. Why doesn't management do anything to address this...

First! It always takes forever just to get a server to notice you and finally come to the table. Once you order its not long and food is good. If you need napkins etc we'll now you're waiting 10 to 15 minutes again. Its like they are always understaffed. Should have napkins, salt,pepper,mustard and ketchup on all tables or a station where I can just grab it myself. It sucks waiting 10 to 15 minutes for a refill...
