Taylor Rental Center — Attraction in Auburn

Rented a boom lift cost me 300 dollars. When I picked it up the girl at the front desk was super rude. The young man that walked me through it was a nice kid. Got it home and it locked itself out and the store had already closed took me 4 hours but finally with the internet help I got it going again but by then it was late and I had to work in the morning and had to have the unit back after work the following day. So I basically paid them 300 for nothing. Now I understand it wasn't something they did. And I could have maybe chosen to get it on a weekend but I needed it right then. When i returned it the following day I explained what had happened. The gentleman was actually nice said he would forward the information to the owner and let him make a call on whether or not to refund part of or all the money and I never heard another word back. I have rented numerous things from them . But this will be the last time. I will take my business and probably everyone I knows...

Rented a floor sander that quit half way thru the job . I had it rented for 24 hours . Picked it up at 2:30 in the afternoon it quite working at 7:00 I was three quarters of the way done and they were closed . I called them in the morning and they said bring it back we will swap it with the other one they had . I am thinking ok great I have to make another trip but fair enough. here is the thing, the job would have been done and over if it would not have quite working . Now they want to charge me 4 hours to take the other sander to finish the job the first one was unable too . When I talked to Tiffany the manager she said they plugged the first one in and worked fine . I can tell you it did not It slowly lost power and got hot as we were using it and then it quit . I tried a different outlet thinking maybe I blew a fuse still wouldn't work . I would avoid these people if you have other options the customer...
