Pottery Barn Outlet — Attraction in Aurora Township

Extremely unprofessional. I ordered a snowman pillow and a couple of ornaments for my Christmas tree just for them to call me a few weeks before Christmas and say one of the payments for 1 of these ornaments did not go through and would you like to return it or pay for it basically. Number one , they called me inconveniencing me over “1” ornament which was a “mistake they made” mind you.

How the heck are you that unprofessional that you accidentally put an extra item in the customers order without the payment going through without the customer knowing ….then have the audacity to call me on my direct number and tell me around 5:40pm going on 6pm while it’s dark , I spent well over $80 on that order alone just for them to inconvenience me over an item they put in my box , because mind you I bought this order online. highly stupid, and would not recommend, I regret ever buying anything from here , if you can avoid this place do it. everything is overpriced...

I stop in today (February 15, 2024) I was so excited to see what pottery barn had to offer as this was my first time ever walking into this particular store. I came in, walked around, as I was walking around. I went past three sales associates, who never spoke, greeted me in any type of way, shape or form, or even acknowledge that I was there. However, I noticed other customers that came in weren’t treated in that manner. I still wanted to try to give the store a positive review so I walked around despite seeing what was going on. I had made my way all around the store and by this time saw even more sales associates that were standing around at the check out ,doing nothing but talking. I recently visited the Pottery Barn Outlet at the Fashion Outlets in Aurora, Illinois, and was a bit disappointed. While I understand it's an outlet, I expected more organization.
