While she does a decent job, she is a nightmare to deal with. Now that I have found a really good person to do my eyelashes and look back at my experience here, I can’t believe that I kept going She was always running late - about 20 to 30 minutes and said the appointment was for two hours for her to do how it felt right, meaning I would be gone at the two hour mark but I just had to wait until whenever she was ready for me I have never experienced this with anyone and I have seen a good amount of people for Eyelash extensions Then she was court, almost rude until the last time she was just plain rude. She yelled at me saying that what she had to do was not what I had booked and that I should know better. - How? I am booking according to the time it has passed and I am not an expert of what my eyelashes need which she expected me to know - again, she is not the first one actually the 10 person I have seen and I never have been asked like she has asked from me Not only asked but demanded. She is just plain rude The last thing that I couldn’t stand was her religious music all the time playing never asking if it was ok. I could not relax at all with that music she had on every single time. So glad that I have found another person that’s kind, upbeat, with great energy and always giving wonderful service

In sum, I DO NOT RECOMMEND HER at all unless you are all for being patronized...

Yesenia is horrifying to deal with. Safe yourself, your skin, and your pockets. She messed up my skin and has been giving me the run around ever since. She was overly aggressive in how she handled my skin. To the point of broken capillaries on my face. She insists on this being normal. Bffr. If you do even the slightest ounce of research you will soon learn that is not the case. She just doesn't know how to use the machines she has. She recommended low quality products to "fix" the issue she caused. She refuses to take accountability, apologize, or return even a portion of the money back for the disgusting experience she gave. She will be late and believes that's normal protocol for salons. It's not. Not in ANY location I have ever been in.

I wrote a review previously and tried to give her grace and she only came back to me with a nasty text telling me I don't know what I'm talking about after I clearly let her know I work at a spa. This has been the most ridiculous experience I have had. This was a birthday present for myself. Go figure.

I had a full set done a little less than a month ago, I rebooked for a fill and they took a deposit. Fast forward to today I come in and lay down for my fill, the lash tech begins working on my lashes without mentioning price or anything. After the service the tech calls the owner since she isn’t allowed to charge me; the owner demands I pay for a full set because “in two days it’ll be a month since you came in.” I told her my lashes still looked basically full when I came in today and the lash tech never mentioned anything being wrong with the way my lashes looked. No one mentioned anything about having to pay for a full set before even starting the service. It’s very frustrating and disappointing. Price should be clearly stated before beginning the service if there’s an issue. The lash tech did amazing nothing against her!
