Mission Viejo Library (Aurora Public Library) — Attraction in Aurora

I went in about 4:00 P.M. today and asked fir a 3 hr block. I had explained that I clicked the box to extend and the computer shut diwn UNDOING several hours of work. The respinse from 2 older ladies was, "it is spring break, and we may have kids coming in." So, as I predicted, the computer shut down again, and I lost 2 hours of tax work. I want to point iut that people have a DUTY TO FILE THEIR TAXES. RAIN AND SNOW WAS FORCAST, AND IT WAS RAINING AND SNOWING. There was 1 mother and her children, 2 were ubder age 5, and were in the book section. I was told to ask gor the block and tge request was denied. I have a bladder infection and had to walk from mission Viejo to Smoky Hill in rain/snow at age 61. I thank God that he has kaws of sowing and reaping. I will NIT BE DONATING ANY MORE BOOKS OR MATERIALS TO AURORA PUBLIC LIBRARIES. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE. IT'S HARD TO BELIEVE YOU TOLERATE SUCH A KACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, and such LOUSY EMPLOYEES. Wonderful experience every time I've come here not only alone but with my family were never treated differently the staff goes above and beyond always and library is quiet clean and peaceful. The staff always help you find those few books your looking for and if they don't have it more then likely they can order it from another library just for you. Very rude staff, one of the staff members wasn't normally from the library so she couldn't help me and another young lady that did help reminded me that I could only be there one hour, behaved abrasively. The library had three visitors including myself. They opt at not helping you when you ask simple questions. The library has been empty the very few times I have visited and I imagine it is due to their customer service. I will never return.
