Mojo Coffee — Restaurant in Aurora

I just stopped in for the first time and I am happy I did. This place is sleek and clean. It has a wonderful, modern atmosphere. They have plenty of delicious pastries and treats as well as unique Ethiopian coffee for purchase which you probably will have trouble finding elsewhere. It appears they also sell Ethiopian goods towards the back of the store but I haven't checked that portion out. I think what I love most is how friendly the place is. It looks like the people from the neighborhood come here to grab a coffee and chat after work. It almost feels like the Central Perk from "Friends." And it is very clean. Honestly, when I went there I didn't get anything to eat or drink. I went there to get lied to by the owners of Remove and Replace Solar who said I had the job two days before. And they wanted to meet to work out strategy. Well turns out, after I turned down another really awesome job to work for them. They ghosted me for like 2 days. Then all of a sudden some guy who was hurt was coming back so they didn't need me. But they hire me and I signed an offer letter that they took back making up some kind of excuse saying they were going to resend another one. Hey, that's really more about Remove and Replace Solar and not MOJO's Coffee. I can tell you that the service was friendly and on point at MOJO's Coffee. Overall amazing experience. Definitely will come back. If you are looking for a nice cafe, this place is it. A hole in the wall when it comes to a getaway from your typical coffee shops. Love the vibes. The iced chai latte with a kick of ethiopian espresso is the perfect amount of sweet goodness. Not overly sweetened like starbucks usually does.

I do have beef with the cannoli's though. It is made in a waffle cone and the creme has a weird taste of perfume. Will avoid next time.

The breakfast burritos are spicy like how I want my life and delicious. But by far the lentil sumbussa's are my fave. Great blend of spices and flaky outside. A good addition to my dirty chai. Ordered 2 more and...
