QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Aurora

The young lady that works on the line is very rude there's an elder Mexican lady on the line and she's always respectfully helpful and nice but the young heavyset Mexican girl that was working the line today around 730pm 7/9/2019 showed a lack of respect and made a point single me out in a rude and attempted to embarrass me which showed me she doesn't like my kind the 4 people in front of me did the exact same gestures while ordering even reaching across the glass to point out the ingredients but when I simply pointed and was no where near reaching she made it a point to raise her voice and tell me not to reach towards the food which I definitely didn't and when I told her I didn't she continues to argue with me and tell me it's a food safety issue but there was a kid jumping on the counter putting his head way over the glass and a gorgeous Mexican girl that was speaking to them in Spanish as she ordered and definitely reaching across the glass telling her what she wanted they laughed and smiled as she ordered nobody had a issue with this behavior but when I simply pointed not reaching at all she made a issue then as I grabbed my condiments she started speaking in Spanish telling her co-worker I was rude and how she wasn't going to serve me next time I speak a bit a Spanish and I spoke back telling her I heard her ... I leave $5-$10 tips every time I go in there and was excited to but I will never go to this establishment again it's not right to make someone feel bad for simply ordering food spending hard earned money usually paying$20 for a $10.75 item just to tip but it's definitely ok I noticed the young ladies clothing was very dirty and was the most unsanitary thing...

Walked in around 8:45 pm, there was a lady in front of me. She ordered queso sauce and the girl that was serving it got some on her hand, she took her glove off, grabbed another one but didn’t put it on, she kept serving the queso, after that the lady paid with cash at the register. Meanwhile, the girl still did not get her gloves on and asked me: “what do you want”, I asked her to put her gloves on and she didn’t, she then touched her face twice and started adding the items I requested. Then I asked again, couldnypu please get some gloves on, to what she rolled her eyes and put them on after touching her face for a third time, didn’t wash her hands previously. At this point the cashier (blonde lady) after touching cash, did not wash her hands either, and changed a container of guacamole, emptying the rest of the previous container into the new one and the the very last remaining of it, grabbed it with the finger and put it in the new container. I wonder... what is wrong with these two employees?? Were they trained properly? The action were clearly a health code violation! I asked for the manager and the cashier said: the manager left already! It was 8:47 pm!! They close at 11 pm!!! I personaly will never ever comeback here! They should get inspected ASAP! No hairnets worn, didn’t wash hands before changing gloves and after touching money! Just...

I normally come to this qdoba since it's in close proximity to my house and normally I don't really care about the chicken portion or anything (I know I comes out of their pay checks lmao) but today I went in there 7/18/17 around 6:10 pm and the women working behind the food were incredibly rude and saying side remarks to one another in each other's ears.. I honestly should report this to corporate as well which I probably will do when I get home. To proceed, there was literally less than a scoop of chicken left in the tray. Before my burrito bowl makes it to the register I say wow, you weren't going to mention FRESH chicken was coming with seconds for your customer? I then asked for a bowl with fresh chicken instead in which they told me rudely no, and that if they did that for me they would have to do it for every customer and that I could just get chicken on top of that. They then pur the new chicken on top of the bowl with all of the old portion and then say that will be $2.16 extra. That was funny.. they're lucky I'm not the young immature me.
