About once or more per week for the past 3 years, I drive to this Starbucks to do my work, because it's close to my home and they've been very kind and welcoming. I often also wait for my partner to finish their walk and arrive here before ordering something, so we can enjoy fresh beverages together.
Today, while waiting for my partner to arrive, a new employee with the nametag "GARY" (later said they's the manager) walked up to me and told me that I need to order something or leave. They didn't even ask if I intended to order anything, or if I had made a mobile order, if I'm waiting for something, etc.
I explained I drove here and I'm waiting for my partner to walk here so we can enjoy fresh beverages together. They apologized and returned to work.
A bit later, they came to me and said I need to leave because my partner took too long to walk there.
3 years of working from this location, they now make me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome, and I'm not returning here until I notice different management.
When I told them this, they said "that's fine, we have plenty of customers." They don't even care about people as people, just as wallets to profit off.

Read moreI don't understand why I can't get my drink prepared the same way each time I order from here. I've tried coming into the store to order and they still didn't get it right. AITA for asking to have my drink modified specifically to what I had paid extra for? They sure made me feel that I was out of line for asking them to fix it. Once going through drive thru I got a cup full of syrup...literally and yesterday I DoorDashed. Needless to say I was once again disappointed with my drink lacking any resemblance or taste of what I ordered. It's really annoying when I'm looking forward to having a nice treat for it to be screwed up. I'd understand if it was a one time occurrence, but it repeatedly happens at this specific location. I have resigned to going to different Starbucks in the area and they seem to get it right the very first time. I think it boils down to whether these employees herebare even interested in providing a great customer experience and it appears they lack fundamental training and don't understand what it means to serve up a good drink. One time I came to this one I ordered some food with my drinks and I didnt get my 3 items of food that I had ordered I had paid for it and didnt get it. Another time i came here they had dropped what i had ordered and expected me to keep it. The last time I've had a problem I ordered a sandwich and the guy said that the oven wasnt irking so I had to take it home and heat it up myself like okay then I ordered 2 ribbon crunch frappuccinos but when I finally got them from waiting over 15 minutes with only 3 cars in front of me there wasnt any crunch which wasnt a problem but when I asked the young guy with blond hair and orange highlights if they were what I ordered and he said yeah then I told him there was no crunch then all he did was laugh at me and said oh. He didnt try to help me after that he didnt try to fix the drinks he had no look of let me help you he had the look of deal with it yourself like why are you still here.
