As I’m leaving Top Art Nails in tears. I can truly say that not everyone’s experience of something or someone is the same. For those who have had a good experience, fine. But Brandon Phan is one of the most rude, arrogant, aggressive, temper mental techs I’ve come across. I’m not that impressed with his work to have been treated so poorly over being early to an appointment I’ve had scheduled for two weeks because he didn’t want to do manicure and pedicure as well. I’m PAYING for your time. Whilst complaining that I arrived two minutes later than I was supposed to arrive, he was already doing someone else’s nails. My original appointment was scheduled for 2:30 and had been scheduled for two weeks. When he called yesterday to confirm my appointment I asked if I could also have my toes done and he said that he didn’t have time. Which really I didn’t understand because again, I’m paying for your time. But IF, it was an issue to do my already done toes, meaning it wouldn’t of taken long to do them AT ALL, then he could of said no OR allowed someone else to do them after he did my nails. I mean there were truly SO many alternatives rather then being blatantly rude. I’m not sure what his issue is but I can say this. His work is mediocre compared to the black women I go to in Texas. Unfortunately I’m here. In a state where men who act like women are allowed to mistreat someone for really, nothing? I don’t get it. I wanted my toes done. I wanted my nails done. It was scheduled weeks in advance and I’m paying for your time. While I was upset I spoke nothing but facts and all he could do was scowl and scold me for my clear upset tone. Not yelling. Just a upset tone. Actually I was about to burst into tears because I’ve been so excited to get my nails done by someone I was recommended to come to. Well. Brandon Phan. You were by FAR the worst experience in a nail salon that I have ever experienced. I’m glad I left rather then letting you...
Read moreIt was my third time at top nails art. I typically do acrylic nails with the same girl (Rachel I believe) who I find very professional and talented and it’s always a pleasure for me to tip her 20% at least! Today I went for a pedi-mani with someone else, an older lady. She was extremely rough on me, with the worst attitude! She barely clipped and filed my nails. I am not the sensitive type but geez if she could poke a hole in my skin with the cuticule cutter she’d have. She would push my foot in the water, constantly sighing.. when I told her nicely to be a bit more gentle she whispered something in Chinese and got even rougher. I really felt disrespected and bursted into tears, I’ve never experienced this before. I told her to stop since she didn’t seem to want to do it and I had a feeling that her tools weren’t sanitized. They were very quick to open the door for me. That woman didn’t even bother apologizing.. her coworker did but I’ll never come back again. It’s hard for me to not take it personally or believe she is really bad at her job because she wasn’t acting that way with her previous client who wasn’t a...
Read moreDo you not come here at all? Literally, the ownership has changed it’s now owned by asian family they told me they could take me and then had me sitting in the lobby for over 45 minutes and did not address me or help me there were multiple unpleased guest who had to get their nail polish color change get the whole bottle of polish changed that was applied because it was not good anymore complains about artwork. It was beyond ridiculous and then even after the 45 minutes, I asked him when he would be able to take me and he said it would be a while. I asked him why he didn’t mention that when I came in and he had no reason. The lady next to me also left and she had the nail polish come off of her nails immediately she was so frustrated. She went home with messed up nails because she didn’t have time to wait. They’re not respectful of their time and they don’t care about...
