TacoMex Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Aurora

I have no idea what you are all talking about. I went to this place regularly when I lived on that side of town. I recently went to a birthday party in my old hood and stopped to pick up some tacos for everyone for the afters. It's not a fancy place, and it IS on Colfax, so expect to get the Colfax experience. We had the same crackhead knock on our window twice while in the drive-through, waiting for our tacos. I ordered a dozen tacos. Half pastor, half asada. The pastor are ok, but the asada is always on point. The red and green salsas are super flavorful and spicy. I brought these tacos back to my Mexican, Puerto Rican, Cubano friends. Love the food been coming here for years. But i had the worst experince yesterday little teenage girl had the biggest attitude with me while ordering with her, rolling her eyes and when she asked my mom for her last name she said said it was weird. So i asked what her problem was, thinking we don't speak english for her saying our last name is weird. So i spoke up, she immediately said she didn't say that when we CLEARLY heard her. She continued arguing with us just because i asked if there was a problem. Later on we asked for the manager or owner because this was unexceptable. No one came. After leaving some other lady who havn't seen or spoken to looked at us leaving out the door amd driving away. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS STORE ? never felt so theaten and hated over...

I recently visited TacoMex with high hopes for delicious Mexican food. Unfortunately, my experience was a letdown. I ordered two corn dogs, which seemed like a fun twist on a classic snack. However, what I got was far from appetizing.

The corn dogs looked overcooked, and the sausage inside was hard and inedible. Given the price I paid for two corn dogs - I expected a much better quality of food. The taste and texture were subpar, and I couldn't finish my meal.

Considering the poor quality and high price, I would not recommend TacoMex to anyone looking for a satisfying dining experience. Perhaps they can revisit their recipes and cooking techniques to improve the taste and presentation of...
