This store is always making mistakes on orders or even forgetting to put stuff in the bag when you go through the drive through. We have had problems on 2 different occasions and both times we have tried to call the store. The first time we gave up and called corporate. This time we went into the store and we’re letting them know we were tired of these issues. They claimed that their phone was not working; so from July 24 to Aug 4 apparently they have no working phone in that store. I am skeptical on this since when you call it just rings.
This time though were were telling them an order through door dash came missing a drink and store receipt. We needed the receipt for the order number and info to call corporate yet again. We also wanted a refund on the missing drink. The manager walks away while we are trying to explain this so it does get heated. They end up handing us a receipt eventually and then bringing us the entire order made again. We did not ask for the meal to be made again and we would not take it because you never know what people may do to food (not saying they would but you never know).
The manager walks away again and now I am getting very aggravated because she needs to stop and listen especially because I think she is having a hard time understanding me speaking English. We then ask for the name of the GM and a number we can use to contact that person. They say we can come back tomorrow to speak to them. I try multiple times to explain we have a day of doctors appointments and won’t have the time to come back.
In the end one of the employees takes the time to listen and realized I was not just making a stink about the receipt but also the drink that was paid for and not received. I was like I would not have wasted my time if it was just over a stupid receipt. I am finally given a receipt and then they take it to give me a refund and then refuse to give it back. I keep pressing the manager and she threatens to call the cops. I was like you gave me a receipt then took it away and I need it for the call to corporate. After arguing some more one of the employees finally took the initiative to write down the GM’s name and talk to me how the issue may have occurred. She was helping to de escalate the situation and get me the answers she could.
What gets me is the manager calls and speaks with the GM but refuse to call the person for me, give me a working number where they can be reached or have them come into the store. Seriously! This store needs a new manager, especially one that can clearly speak and understand English. I know we have a mixed culture here but the national language is English. When I travel to other countries I try and be polite learning as much of a lockable language as I can. I should not have to learn Spanish in the US to get a manager to understand me!
This post comes after more than a handful of messed up orders, not being able to reach any type of leadership at the store to resolve issues, and being given coupons by corporate to make up for the issues but I can’t even use them at the local store because of all the issues.

The last three times I've made a mobile order and come to pick it up through the drive thru, they have confirmed through the speaker with me, asked me to come to the window, then looked at me blankly and had to ask what I wanted. I've had to remind them again that I have a mobile order. Each time they have then asked me to pull in front and wait. Each time they have gotten the order wrong, missing items, etc. This last time after waiting for 10 minutes I went inside. Only to be followed by two meth addicts, one that was a topless female. Both who pushed in front of me and harassed the counter clerk. All the while the clerk looked past them as if thinking "yep, it's Tuesday." She didn't even flinch at the topless lady. Then I get my turn to speak and she stares past me. I ask if I can get my mobile order. She doesn't even remember me. There has been maybe two other people who have come through the drive thru. I then tell her my name, which I have to spell 3 times (not kidding). She proceeds to hand me an order with a completely different name on it (again, not even joking). We open the bag and it's my order but they put someone else's receipt on it. In the meantime, topless lady has put on a shirt and is now shouting at the top of her lungs. The rest of the staff is standing in the back clueless as I see someone pull up to the window. It's clear they couldn't get in touch with anyone at the speaker. Probably because the clueless lady was busy not understanding how to spell my name. I now go to the Taco Bell down the road about 2 miles. They aren't perfect, but they are not incompetent. I wasn't really happy with that as I didn't know what was spilled water soda don't know don't care I didn't appreciate that !! Second as my daughter and I were ordering again she pursued to walk right pass us without excusing herself. Third of all I order 6 freeze 😩 and got none of because I DIDN'T pay WHAT!!!!! I pursed to keep asking for my drinks and she keep saying that I Didn't pay I asked a worker that was off her shift of she could help me with all this staff ! 5 woman to be exact and she couldn't find it by then I hear one of the ladies say yes it shows 6 and they played dumb because they really thought I didnt know Spanish 😆 . This lady has been her for 20 plus years and thinks she can treat people of color different just because she's on Colfax. I also observed her treat a few color people including myself like trash and i few Caucasian like royal !!!
