I turned 59 last year and decided to get serious about getting strong and building better health for myself. So, I went and checked out several gyms that were really close to me. I met with Dylan at CrossFit Austin and I instantly knew he was the perfect Personal Trainer for me, and that he would help me accomplish my goals.
I've now been working with Dylan a couple times a week for almost a year. I can't believe how strong and physically confident I've become working with Dylan. My body can now do things I would have never imagined it could do. He has helped me gain new strength after being diagnosed with Osteoporosis a few years ago, and has been helping me rebuild my health from a year of breast cancer treatments in 2017. I feel sure that when I am next tested for the Osteoporosis it will show that I've gained new bone since the last test.. I am confident that the strength training I've been doing with Dylan is the best thing I could be doing for my body and my health.
I told Dylan when we started that I wanted to be a woman that could get up and down off the floor with ease at 90. I know that I will be that woman because I now know what my body is capable of when I exercise it properly and regularly. I feel great, I have more energy, I look young and fit, and I know that I'm a strong and healthy 60 year young woman.

The onboarding process is well-planned and you are matched with a coach-for-life that serves as your main point of contact. Dylan is my coach and he goes above and beyond in making sure I felt comfortable at the gym and felt welcomed and also are kept in the loop with all of the gym-related social events which are fun and a great way to meet more people.
All of the coaches are truly top-notch and care about all of the members. They make sure people are getting personalized attention and recommendations for the workouts that are scaled to your workout level.
