I met Tracy last year after a work zoom call left me feeling frustrated in not recognizing myself behind the Mariana trench that had somehow developed on my forehead into wrinkles. Since I am terrible with needles and an overall gigantic ball of anxiety to begin with, I researched all over Austin for someone I felt qualified enough to administer my very first round of Botox. From just my consultation alone with Tracy I knew I could trust her. I had paragraphs of questions typed into the Notes app on my phone and she sat with me and answered every single question I had and never rushed me or made me feel silly or stupid for asking. And jeez she knows it all, I thought she invented Botox at that point with how much she knows haha!
Safe to say it was a giant success as I've now followed her to House of Preservation, and I don't even care that I have to add an EXTRA 30 minutes to my commute to get there, it's incredibly worth it. The space is exquisite, just walking into the lobby alone makes you feel like royalty. That any second Kate Middleton herself might come around the corner to greet you with a 'hey best friend'.
Well it's been two weeks since my last visit with Tracy when I decided it was time to attack my TMJ and trust her with a Botox injection in my masseters. Gosh was I terrified, but my goodness she's good. I waited specifically two weeks to write this because I wanted to give an honest description of how I'm feeling after the botox has set in. Prior to, my pain was so bad I was waking up every night in pain from clenching my jaw so tight. Even had several emergency dentist visits because of tooth aches that just ended up being from TMJ. I was blown away how quick it started to take effect, that after the first few days I was already back to sleeping through the night! No issues, no problems, just bliss. The pressure in my jaw is almost entirely gone and I can't wait to finally chew gum again! Hallelujah!
So in summation, (especially for all my anxious babes out there) you can trust Tracy and you can trust HOP. You will never feel left me in the dark as Tracy will always explain everything she does ahead of time and as she does it. And she will never push any products or extra treatments on you (unless you ask for recs of course). She's a real one. And while you're at it, why not lie in luxury while needles poke and prod at your face. Win win. So trust HOP. Trust Tracy. You won't be...
Read moreI am in love with HOP. After a friend recommended it to me for BBL laser, I decided to give it a try and I’m so happy I did. I joined their laser club and have been seeing Hannah for the past few months. What I really love (aside from the beautiful aesthetic of the place) is how warm a welcoming the entire staff is. I’ve done many treatments, but never lasers before and Hannah is always so kind to literally walk me through each procedure, after care, expected results and makes honest recommendations if we ever need to pivot to get the best results for my goals. I highly recommend this place and Hannah for your laser needs.
**Pics show my cheek from my 1st treatment to my 2nd treatment. Although I first came in for BBL, my skin didn’t respond so we’ve been spot treating the sunspot with BBL and then doing the Facetune laser all over. My skin is glowing thanks to Hannah and I look forward to...
Read moreFive star experience from beginning to end. From the RELAXING VIBES / atmosphere of their space, warm / friendly greetings immediately upon entry, all the way to one of the best facials I have ever received, I could find a way to spend all my money here! Tristan was PHENOMENAL and spent meticulous time on a perfectly curated facial experience and ensured I left with the best in my "after care" arsenal. I stand by her rec of Dr. Dennis Gross wipes as being the absolute game changer my skin needed. Ashley wrapped up my trip with a recommended Radiesse treatment for the lines I have on my neck from staring at my phone all day ;) I was super nervous, but her bed side manner (along with Courtney's presence and explaining the treatment) made me feel so comfortable. Don't sleep on that option, y'all! Already scheming my...
