Jenny Cho, the Florist, is truly an artist! I was looking for a florist for my only granddaughter’s bridal shower and I wanted specific spring flowers in her color palette with pinks, peach, pale blue and darker blue, lavender, yellow, and white. Jenny went shopping for me and got flowers that I was told were not in season, as well as flowers I’ve never seen before! And I should mention that I am a flower crazy person. Jenny did a few sample arrangements for me of large centerpieces and smaller table centerpieces and they were the most beautiful arrangements I’ve ever seen! That is saying something. For the shower, Jenny made three spectacular 33 inch tall and wide centerpieces and a half a dozen smaller centerpieces, and she and Kevin delivered everything to my home. She got down on her knees and decorated the gold circle arch which was one of the photo backdrops. My flower loving granddaughter was absolutely thrilled and all of the guests commented on the gorgeous flower arrangements. Jenny and Kevin truly made the day special with the amazing arrangements and the personal delivery and set up. She will be making two arrangements a week for me of whatever she chooses going forward. This place is a scam! My supervisor mother passed away and I ordered a spray to be sent to El Paso, TX which cost almost $300. Instead we did not get the spray we ordered because Jae Cho, the owner did not write the details of the flowers we told her. She just sent the colors we ordered but failed to write the specific flowers we ordered. Instead we got white roses and purple and white carnations with a huge orange bow. Then come to find out Jae Cho ordered us a spray for $140 and pocketed the rest of our money. This is just cruel and very unorganized customer service. This was very important to our company that we get exactly what we ordered. To have a so call business owner take advantage of us and be very inconsiderate at a sad time in our supervisors life. You don't lose your mother everyday. This was suppose to be special and honorable to his family in there time of need. Very disappointed in this business owner and highly recommend...

I recently used the services of this amazing shop. Unfortunately in May, my best friend lost her grandmother. I was able to place an order over the phone and a beautiful, lush arrangement was delivered on time.

I didn’t hesitate to order from them so I knew I was guaranteed to have a beautiful arrangement. They were able to accommodate a delivery to the church services and once again, a beautiful arrangement.

You can really tell they take care of their customers and love what they do. And by the way, they are so affordable.

Do not go to a generic florist website and overpay for what ends up being just a spray of flowers. Buy local and buy from Lakeline Florist instead.

I know this may sound like it’s a paid review or someone affiliated with this shop, but I’m not. I just find that it’s refreshing to still have a business with stellar service, a quality product at an affordable price.
